I have a small DIY shoot which has been going pretty well over the last few years I had a phone call from the farmer this week to advise me that he will be putting oilseed rape in August in the fields alongside the woods where our release pens are located, he has warned me that if the pheasants damage the rape and cost him money he will have no alternative but to call it a day with the shoot. I will obviously dog the birds back but I cannot stop them wandering into the fields. any advice Please

Looking for info on mounting a bipod on a ruger 10/22 stainless steel barrel / synthetic stock rifle, the front of the rifle has a saddle type clamp securing the barrel to the fore end, it does not appear to have a a locating pin to receive the bipod. Also no position on the stock for a sling.

Well done on the bag, Correct me if I'm wrong but I was under the impression that hares were classed as game and could not be shot on Sunday's or in the hours of darkness?

Thanks for the response guys, i think i will stick to the ruger. i have .22 CZ bolt action with a night vision and want to keep that with a day scope and put the night vision on the semi.

Im looking at buying a .22 semi auto rimfire and have been advised that the ruger 10/22 is the best on the market, any ideas?
