Slight wearing to the top edge trim. Rear escape door, no centre divide. Two original keys and both door locks work. Two spare feet. Cleaned regularly. 2. After trying Aigle, le chameau and finding them too narrow fitting for my wide feet and not fitting the calf, I've been impressed with GATEWAY1, pheasant game boots. Side zips, rear calf adjustable, excellent sole and grip, warm and extremely comfortable. Grip the whole of my feet and no heel slop.
  3. This proposed bill has just had its second reading and gone through. Part of his speech he referred to shotguns as "pump action rifles" Also wanting a increase in license fees "to cover full costs".
  4. When I invest in new home entertainment equipment I always have a look through What Hi-Fi Sound and Vision magazine. Very good head to head and group tests. Bought a panasonic crt tv, bout 25 years ago, on their recommendation. This tv is still going strong in my sisters house and still has a cracking picture. Panasonic or Samsung would be my first choices. As for other kit, yer pays yer money.....

  6. Managed to pick up a set of Footprint and a set of Stanley for under £40 the lot, off ebay. Both sets in good condition with only one chisel that needs a good sharpening but I'll do the lot. For what I want them for I'm very happy. Thanks for the replies,👍
  7. No spring inside it now. Just a quarter turn to the slot for length adjustment. Tack hanger would make sense. 👍
  8. Anyone know what this was intended for? About 4 foot long, extends another foot. Has what I think is a small hanging hook at one end. Double hooks at the other with straight arms above. I'm guessing that something hung off it but really haven't a clue. A couple more pics.
  9. Can anyone recommend a set of general purpose wood chisels that aren't made in China and don't cost a kings ransom. Going to be doing a few projects over the winter and as one who works with metal wood is a little alien to me. Clumber.

  11. Excellent condition full zip wellys, only worn twice. Virtually no wear to soles. Neoprene lined. Size 45 / 11 UK. Regularly treated with rubber cream. Very comfortable and warm welly, just not a good fit for me. £80 posted. Collection welcome, Nr Whaley Bridge. High Peak.
  12. Dave Wilde, Valkyrie Rifles. Rotherham.
  13. Very poor batting against their spin. Four of the top six bats failed to get into double figures. Completely outclassed. Think today's test is a day/night one so hopefully under lights with cooler weather we can get the ball to move. Any more straws to clutch at?
  14. Goodnature A24 multi kill trap for sale. A24 trap, Digital Counter, 1 CO2 Canister, Lure Bottle (opened but has lots left in it), Detector Kit (unopened), User Manual. All in excellent condition. £100 Posted RMSF.
  15. As a kid I was taken to the Sheffield crucible, early 80s. Steve Davis v Terry Griffiths. To this day I still don't know what I broke / lost or did to receive such a punishment!
  16. £170 odd quid to stink like a brocks backside? Jeez! Off his rocker!
  17. They're Joseph Rodgers. The hallmarks are a star and cross. https://www.sheffieldcollectableknives.com/about/joseph-rodgers I use bone handle butter type knives. The OH likes skinny round handle modern knives that I can't hold as they're too damn slim. These old knives hold a edge very well. Once saw a programme about a fish market and one of the old timers used nothing but this type of knife for filleting
  18. Guido Fawkes ran a piece on his "wildlife photography tours" a while back. Think it's been posted before. https://order-order.com/2019/05/08/climate-catastrophe-chris-packham-cashing-carbon-belching-luxury-wildlife-tours/
  19. Mcspredder, the wheels take yout type B sensor. The warning light is on with the original wheels and tyres. Apparently over pressuring the tyres from the recommended running pressure clears the warning. The second set of wheels came without the sensors fitted to the rims so I'm having to buy a set. Kia wanted over £500 for four! I'm wanting four sensors for the second set of wheels, that don't cost a fortune.
