    But why check for guns?

    Why not just lead you away to the station?

     

    Why did they want to search your house if they knew the guns were kept elsewhere?

     

    Also, and this the main point WHY THE **** DID YOU LEAVE THE GUN IN YOUR HOUSE IF YOU WERE NOT MEANT TO, PARTICULARLY IF YOU KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO GET A KNOCK FROM THE PLOD?!!!!?!!!!?

     

    You could have gone a long way to help yourself, sorry it happened, I really am but help yourself for ****s sake!

     

     

     

    my shotguns were liciensed at my house thats y they came round.to collect them

     

    i didnt know they were comming round to arrest me lol

    im sure some of you rememberd i was arrested a while ago for criminal damage after an argument with my ex when she slammed the car door into my leg. :lol:

     

    well that day i was going to go shooting with my .17hmr (my certificate states im not allowed to keep my rifle at home when not in use) so that morning i collected the .17 from where i worked took it home put it in the gun safe ready for the 1/2 light rabbit session. :lol:

     

    the police came and arrested me at 11.30 am took me to the station held me overnight then went round my house to remove my shotguns and my .17 they also took my air rifles and most of the amunition i had. :good:

     

    when i got home i checked the gun safe to see what was left and found mt .17 hmr rounds in the locked safe inside the gun cabinet and found a few shottie carts so i rang the police stn to tell them they had missed bits n pieces they asked me to take them to the police stn which i refused as i no longer was in possesion of any firearms shotgun licience so they sent a unit round to collect the left over ammo they missed. :lol:

     

    today i have been charged with not complying to my fireamrs cert due to habving the gun at home and not giving 7 days notice that i changed circumstances of where i kept the rifle. :good::good:

     

    im flabbergasted that im being charged with these offences and if proven it looks like in going to do a stretch with norman stanley fletcher!! :lol:

    my discovery started to smoke a bit yesterday white smoke, mainly while decelerating,this morning for the 1st time ever it started lumpy and wouldnt rev untill it warmed up for a few mins, :blush:

     

    ive checked the fluids there all ok and dont seem to be contaminated, :lol:

     

    any ideas before i start taking bits off ?? :blush:

    Ron,

     

    I am sorry to hear of your troubles, as someone else has said keep your cool and don't rise to the bait. I know it can be hard at times but don't.

     

    I would certainly speak to someone in authority about your guns and the plod that took them away obviously didn't have a clue. And it is those idiots who shouldn't be holding guns not the likes of us.

    Why was it necessary for your ex to have to get a court order to get her son back?

    its not her son its OUR son,she reapeatedly stopped my contact with him since the beginning of december, i thought she might take him away to nottingham for however long she wanted to and as i have parenmtal rights and no residence order was in place i kept him untill one of us managed to get a residency order unfortunatly she got it and i never at the (momoment).

     

    from seeing your child gauranteed 3 times a week plus seeing him 3-4 times a week on a social side to not seeing him at all and everytime i made arrangments she cancelled them it does seem to pee you off a little

    my ex who has been my best friend for to many years to remember came round my house and started an argument which got quite heated slammed her car door into me then called the police saying i kicked her door i got arrested for criminal damage,i had to answer bail on the 2nd jan to see if they was going to charge me,i got re arrested on the 2nd jan for harassment ,

     

    trying to find out where my son was and if he was safe before xmas,

     

    i usually see him 3-5 times a week since the end of nov ive seen him twice for a cpl of hours.

     

     

    bearing in mind she let me see him for a cpl of hours he told me he was being taken to nottingham for at least a week poss two or if mummy wanted to stay indefinatly, so instead of me taking him back at 5pm as arranged when she phoned i told her im not bringing him back and shell have to take me to court....

     

    the police were sent round my son was happy and safe so they left telling her they couldnt do anything, on xmas day the police turned up round my daughters to tell me my ex had made a charge of harrassment and to check to see if shane was ok, again they left quite happy he was looked after safe and happy,

     

     

    so now im on bail for criminal damage harassment and according to the police not conforming to my shotgun/firearms cert :good:? god knows as far as i can see they took 4 shotguns 1 .17hmr and a hw100 from my cabinet and listed it as 6 shotguns!!! with only 4 shotguns on my cert if thats breaking my cert conditions im a monkeys uncle if this breaks my conditions.

     

    god knows whats going to happen next,, you cant trust somthing that bleeds for a week and dont die!!!

    well as i thought after keeping my son for xmas and the ex having to get a court order to get him back she has now told the police shes in fear of me or in fear of me harming myself so when i answered the bail fot the suggested criminal damage to her car the police took my guns certs everything untill this is all sorted they even took my air rifles!!

     

    now shes put in a complaint of harrasment so ive been re arested had my pc removed for investigation my phone held for investigation!!!!!!!!!!!!

     

     

    women dont you just love em !!

    my girl friends xmas prezzie to let me catch her in bed with another bloke at the beggining of dec, :beer:

     

    stop me seeing my son all xmas, :lol:

     

    refusing to talk answer phone or anything,

     

    now shes trying to sell my sone house that was left to him in a will and move away not sure where yet. :o

     

     

    so my xmas is well and trully canceld. :beer:

     

     

    but i hope all you guys have a great time! :good:
