  1. Second that, that address needs removing ASAP. err i'd go banana's if that were my address on a public forum, esp with fraud going onall over and potential address of SGH holder and so forth
  2. Aye lightweight with some 'give' at the ankle for driving
  3. So, started a new career in bird control\wildlife management on airfields. Any recommendation on boots to be worn for 8 hrs in a vehicle with walks around on quite a boggy airfield, long grass etc. Have the usual walking boots but there is no give at the ankle which kills ya feet driving around, cant really change footwear either cause of op requirements and getting on the runways quickly. Wellies out for me to. Cheers
  4. Neist Point nuff said...or Staffa and the very north coast, long walks mind. Look up LureManaic on youtube....massive Pollock
  5. As for the last thread that was locked, well done Mods...thats is exactly what those ****ers want to achieve. Yes I'a an exforces guy and would take up the challenge of those 'scum' anyday
  6. Going to say it....****** ******** whoever leaked it
  7. Exactly, might be the best pooch that anybody could ever own but if it's off a lead, it's your responsibility if it goes Pete Tong. Not everybody who puts their dog on a lead has an out of control dog, it's common sense to put the thing on a lead at 'bottlenecks' and so forth, you dont know how others will react. Dog on a lead at the right times is the responsible way. Those whom think their dogs dont need to be on a lead at all are worse than any 'dog straining on a lead', your responsible if it runs out into the middle of road and gets knocked down and the owner has to live with that. Too many walk their dogs without a collar or take a lead with them, I actually think its law now.
  8. Glad to see nobody is being 'breed speciifc' here as there are many many breeds which are both 'out of control' along with owners that think they and their dogs can run riot and up to everyone and their dogs. Now, we have a French Mastiff and although a gentle giant, he has been attacked by the local idiots and some dogs which are known to be a aggressive to others, such as a Old English Sheepdog...kid you not. He attacked Wilsy and it was only when he locked onto our dogs neck that our dog defended himself and which point it ran away (our dog was on a lead, theirs wasn't and slipped those **** slip lead types on the second attack). Vet said it would have been alot worse if it had attacked a wee dog. Owner tried to blame us, whilst clearly ours was walking fine on a lead. Which leads me on (get it), we always put our dog on a lead at 'choke points' on paths and such but the local pillocks (and these range in age and quite a few middle age dragons) dont bother putting their dogs on a lead when they see that you are. We do both as precautionary measure for both dogs and out of respect that somebody has done so to their dog. Then we have a husky behind us, which has never been trained, runs riot (like the owner) and has ran 500m up the beach to meet our dog, missus always gets bit defensive...lol and this dog snaps at her and which point Wilsy will stand in between her and the dog, puffs up his chest and that is usually more than enough to deter a dog. However, what a fwit not controlling his dog in the first place and all those owners that dont bother constraining their dogs and allowing them to run up are eventually going to suffer the consequences of their dogs and their actions. Moreover owners like that can make other perfectly decent dogs become reactive aggressive to other dogs when they are constantly having to fend themselves and the wardens are well aware of this, why would anybody let their dogs run up to dogs that they dont know is beyond me. Having a breed like ours demands responsibility but no more so than some ****** terrier that likes to lock onto large breeds necks, the issue is they dont see that, a wee dog owners think they can get away with it and therefore dont need to be trained...lo and behold if you do that with a giant breed but same principle to each.
  9. Good luck on the project. few questions\observations Are there other fore-end designs available? Small gauge available on all models? Are there any other choices of stock length Stocks look very nice for the price points

    Warship

Most of those heli's onboard are Army. Nothing new, a lot of the Harrier force were RAF onboard the aircraft carriers much to the dismay to the RAF who had to go on it.
  11. I think the OP means the first migratory birds of the year have arrived!
  12. I dont think you would need linseed after applying this wax, certainly I haven't and it brings out the grain beautifully and water proofs it.
  13. Or just use renaissance wax and use it both on the woodwork and metal https://www.amazon.co.uk/renaissance-wax/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Arenaissance%20wax
  14. No surprise. BBC Scotland is getting a bit like that both with BREXIT AND the SNP
  15. Anyone know what the turn out (number of votes) in Scotland was for the BREXIT referendum?
  16. If it's a dropped kerb then it shouldn't be blocked however try telling that to people dropping their kids off to school. What would cause a reaction is somebody parked on my drive, that's private property,no if's or but's, it's part of your home and property, no excuse for anybody other than people visiting\family or friends to park on somebodys drive, christ that is just blatant ignorant ***** and importantly you do not know what they are doing, they could be loading their car\van with your valuables. Seriously, anybody who thinks that is ok needs to get some manners, perhaps pitching a tent on your lawn, having a cook up and having a few beers is also ok....haha
  17. So, if the nationlists win on indy2, do we get the best out of 3, since voting results don't seem to count for anything nowadays....
  18. Fishing...happens all the time, take ages sussing a decent Bass mark out, take a friend and before long the mark is fished out by so called sea angling guides whom have picked every inch of detail out from you on the right times, tides, moons, conditions and months....never agian will i give a mark away

    What a waste

Does anybody know if any licences have been given to collectors of antique air weapons with a condition clause that they cannot be used?
  20. Yep, can imagine it, Red Flag @ Nellis and the RAF have to call out BAE....
  21. Some of whom you speak off were ex RAF engineers, they wont be getting that employment opportunity in the future. The RAF had good engineers and was quite capable of doing most of the AC maintenance. Point being like most of our forces it's been decimated. Forces should be capable of doing the job without civvy contractors having to do maintenence on an ejection seat (as example), some of which had to be carried out whilst on ops or like others have said back to the hanger for extended maintenence but still within the RAF
  22. Basically engineering in the RAF has been destroyed.....hardly any 3rd line or indeed 2nd line engineering goes on, all out-sourced, going to be even worse if and when the F35 arrives. Disgrace!
