I used a PH for years on my Mod-2 it done the job, I then got a mod given off a member on PW which he had clipped the baffles. Stripped it, sorted the baffles out etc & now use it instead of the PH, TBH it's quieter, shorter/fatter aprox 4" long, my go to mod when I'm out. If only wanting one for 22 subs take your pick, anyone will do.

I swapped over to a 3lb tc Carp rod for my beach fishing, mainly for Bass, good all round rod for whatever method your using to catch. Sacked my Century Fireblade Sport because it's geared for rough ground & a bit stiff for the Bass purpose, if your interested Hamster pm me.

Reading this thread I got a quote off bulb, I'm with Ovo atm, Bulb are more expensive for me but not by much.
