  1. My invictus came steel proofed as standard, think the clay based guns more so. Is hard to spot the stamping, it's on the bottom of the barrel action. I thought all uk based guns came steel proofed, but have seen ones that are not, not sure on source though.
  2. Wife has a CG syren very nice gun light weight barrels, she has 12g with 30inch barrels. You can also get 20g. We went to CG demo day first and shot around with one at Ian coley. They do demo days all over the country. Wife can't fault hers.
  3. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b07lxp6y 32.50 minutes in for anybody who wishes to listen.
  4. I'm after 2 x 3/8 Teague invector choke flush or extended or 1 x 1/4 and 1 x 1/2 if no 3/8
  5. You will find JWS on Facebook, he has just refinished stock for me, very good at what he does probably worth contacting him, loads of photos on Facebook of his work.
  6. Having a friend visit the beretta factory, even beretta don't knock the CG, I think my invictus is a superb gun and wife has a syren. I know Richard faulds is sponsored by them but he thinks the invictus V is better then a DT10. Shop around for the best prices!
  7. Does anybody have the question and answer to the promatic trap comp on page 103, I have mislaid my copy thanks
  8. I need to add about an inch to the length of a stock, I was thinking of doing this be fitting a recoil reducer, is there one that people recommend that would do both jobs, been reading around a few and very undecided what to do. Looked at gra coil and ISIS as well as a few others.

  10. A lesson in not taking other people's advise for me, although I only used a drop, the screwdriver is the right one though
  11. http://www.wickes.co.uk/Wickes-10mm-Soft-Grip-Slotted-Screwdriver-250mm/p/167307 This screw drive is exact fit for removing stock bolt, use on it on mine, just apply a bit of thread lock when putting bolt back in.
  12. There was still an old Victorian rifle range at the steam rallies etc that you sometimes see, always end up going on it, not sure if it is still going if you have hunt round on google you can find the odd photo, long steel tubes on the back.
