  9. Table and chairs in good condition, £90, ono. Collect from Cardiff. Photo too big to upload but I can e mail to anyone
  10. My MiL bought one and loves it. That said, she's 84 and her garden is flat with a lawn of about 50 square metres. She finds it easier than her previous electric mower as she hasn't the worry of a cable to cut.
  11. Well if there is, I'm happy to 'photo fund' and give any allocation I may have to Viking. I enjoy this thread and it wouldn't be the same without the pictures.
  12. I really do not know enough about the pros and cons of staying in or leaving to form a decision. I'm hoping, over the coming months, to be better informed by listening to the debates, but I suspect this might not happen. But I live in hope!
  13. Kent, I've just bought a 7mm - 08 so if karbon cannot meet you and you are anywhere near South Wales.....I'd be happy to meet up and try to take bits off your hands.
  14. If you have a .22 you should have somewhere to use it. Can't you zero it there?
  15. I use Smidge and just a few dabs of tea tree oil on the forehead. Seems to work.
  16. Is that a Chinese made race horse trailer?
  17. Thanks for the advice. I've reduced the overall size and weight of the branches and staked and duck taped the trunk. I think it's worth trying and now to just hope for the best. Thanks again.
  18. I have a large Californian Lilac bush (or small tree) in the garden which is very special. My wife died 7 weeks ago and as it was her favourite plant I placed her ashes in its shade. During the rough weather on Monday night it has blown over. The roots are still in the ground but the trunk has snapped about half way through some 6 inches off the soil. I'd rather not cut it down if it can be saved. Has anyone dealt with this sort of damage successfully? I wondered whether strapping the trunk and staking it might save it. Any advice would be welcomed. Thanks.
