Wouldn't like to think how much it's going to cost just to clear the debris and get the 'site' ready for a new construction !? All these figures getting banded about are going to be nothing close [guessing] to the end figures. I drove to past a field the other day that must have only just been 'seeded', and it was absolutely SMOTHERED in wood pigeons,,,, I'm guessing 4-5 thousand, maybe more 😯 Mostly on the ground, but many more in the surrounding trees and flying around looking for a clear spot to land 😀 An incredible sight that I've never seen before 🙃 These were definitely where they WANTED to be 👍

On the BBC news, yesterday evening I think, an ex PO manager said that on one instance, the end of day balance was noted, and on opening the next morning the balance had changed overnight, quite a lot apparently. So someone had deliberately messed with those accounts remotely. I'm lost for words 🤬

From school I went straight into working in the financial world. EVERY tiny error/mistake/discrepancy was pounced on immediately by regular audits, or just plain daily business and end of day balancing of the figures. This issue MUST OBVIOUSLY have been known about by ALL involved/connected. The focus seems to be getting recompense to the ex PO managers and how much cost to the PO and the taxpayers over the timespan,,,, there appears, publicly anyway, no pointing the finger at any of the 'hidden' people that were actually responsible at the time. Obviously things are going on that we the public are not seeing yet, so hopefully criminal proceedings will be happening big time sometime soon.

Do you mean the failure part ? Not aware of that,,,, not seen anything mentioned on MSM that I've watched [don't watch much of it, too much doom and gloom].

If you watch the film clip again, you will see that the ship had a major failure of some description, as just before it reached the bridge all of its lights went out. The ship was thought to be out of control, so the two pilots, or anybody else, couldn't really do anything except go along for the ride, until,,,, the film shows the ship's lights come back on and heavy smoke appearing from it also, just before impacting the bridge support. A terrible event, especially for the people on the bridge, which was thankfully not many.

At least you are out there trying 😃 Been driving past you on the dual carriageway [lots of rape nearby !] and have seen LOTS of woodies, all the way down to Ramsgate !
