It really all depends on the wording of the contact that he has with the other people, if he has in effect rented the shooting/hunting rights out to the other people, then he has no longer got the authority to allow you to shoot there. If the other people are just paying to be able to shoot there, then there is no issue. I would suggest clarifying this with BASC legal team, however it would be useful for them to have a copy of the agreement between the landowner and the other people! Does sound like a bit of a mind field....

I have just bought a 10 shot magazine for my CZ 17hmr from this company http://www.riflecraft.co.uk/. The price that I have paid within the last 2 weeks is £35, plus £2.50 P&P. It was posted out the same day and arrived very promptly. However I have been told that they are no route to most gunsmiths in the Sussex area. Hope this helps.
