  1. For Sale. A Bratton sound ST7+ Gun cabinet. External dimensions are h x w x d = 1515 x 407 x 271. I have the 2 original keys. This is the model with just a plain inside, there is no shelf or lockable cabinet in the top. I used to keep guns sleeved in it so it does not have the foam divider. Selling due to house move and cabinet is too big. I will throw in some anchor shields and power bolts to fix it down if I can find them in the shed. Overall condition is good. Due to the weight...... COLLECTION ONLY.. OR YOU ARRANGE A COURIER TO COLLECT. I would like in the region of £125 but open to reasonable offers. You can come and view if you like. Chippenham, Wiltshire SN15 area.. Thanks.
  2. Who do you use for breakdown cover and is there anyone we should avoid? We are off on hols to Scotland and we are taking the disco, so definately won't be going without.... What are the options with the rescue packages and are there any daft clauses to look out for? ? We have just thought about going with one of the usual two! Any advice??? Thanks Liam
  3. Hi Guys, Just watched hooked on fishing and its made me think about taking the pike fishing kit on holiday with us to Scotland in August. We are staying near loch mhor and wondered if any PW members lived near there or had visited the area and could pass on any useful information. Locations, licenses/permits and rough costs would be helpful. Would be much appreciated, Regards, Liam
  4. hi, it's come to the time when the decision has to be made for the ferrets to either be castrated or vasectomised? Just a bit of back ground, we have 3 boys coming up a year, brothers, been becoming more aggressive towards each other to the point one has been seperated for a few days. So what to do??? Any advice greatfully appreciated, Cheers, liam PS, ferretmaster if you read this can you PM me your mobile number, tried sending you a message and won't go through! Thanks..
  5. I'm looking for a small air compressor for running a small grit blaster in the shed. Anyone have any recommendations? Budget is really no more than £100 - £150. Don't mind second hand. Any ideas gents?
  6. Hi guys, just noticed one of the ferrets has a tick on the back of his neck and one on his foot. just done them again with the treatment stuff that we had in the shed already - Baraphar anti parasite spot on. This is what we used last time and it says that it should last for four weeks. But they were only done about a week before christmas. So does this sort of stuff really last as long as they say or are we just using rubbish stuff? Can anyone recommend a decent brand? Cheers liam.
  7. We've used jean bartlett cottages a few times for stays in Beer on Devon/Dorset border and they have plenty of dog frindly places!
  8. Hi, looking for some help to do with the interior for our discovery. As said in the title i'm looking for some of the panel clips that hold on the panel to the back of the rear seat. It had some of the originals(i think) on there. They are the ones that snap onto the nipples on the panel and then the peg part goes into the receiving part in the seat. The ones on there were white and about 25mm long. And there was one yellow clip that worked on the same principles, but has a stand off piece of about 15mm. Both of these types seemed to work ok but there arent enough of them to hold the panel securely. I did buy some off the internet, but they are too short to hold securely, because they are a lot shorter. I think they are for door panels or some thing else. SO, does anyone have any idea where i can get any of the yellow longer clips from and are they the originals or are the white ones the correct ones. Hope this makes sense! I know its only a panel but it is doing my head in at the moment. Just want it sorted. any advice gents?
  9. In the southsea area there are loads of good b and b's. coming from fratton road way there are loads along the side streets. Mostly £35-70 per night. Most are pretty good. You can normally tell from outside. lol. Or there is a holiday inn type place on the front at about £75 per night. Good luck
  10. Hi TOMM, are these still for sale?
  11. Taking the ferrets out for the first time tomorrow. Been looking forward to it for a long time and am getting quite nervous in one respect. Any last minute advice? I'm sure i'll end up forgetting something.
  12. I don't really do a lot else apart from shooting and this year will be ferreting! Used to course fish a lot but gave it up about 5 years ago!
