  1. Could someone clarify the sliding stock situation on pumps and semi's as i thought the measurement had to be made at it's shortest setting in order to get the 40 inches overall length ,(most sliding stocks won't reach 40 inches overall length in there shortest setting) however i have heard that this has been changed lately so not sure what the rule is .

Talking to one of the sales lads at Cheshire Oaks Audi whilst waiting for one of our unmarked cars he tells me of the serving needs with a R8 this includes new carbon discs and pads every 5k miles at a cost of 3k. so unless those numbers come up my smart car will have to do for now , but then again if i need speed and acceleration i've always got my BMW K1200RS bike.

  19. Thats a good insurance company you've got there, as far as i know even the mention of having a accident to a insurance company whether at fault or not goes against you as a claim.I had a engine fire 5 years ago and that was listed as a fault accident "WHAT"!. Thats why it's often better these days to sort a claim out without involving a insurance company. So having 8 incidents within such a short period of time i'm surprised they don't rate you as a very high risk, not that they were your fault .it's all about risk management.Thats what they base your premium on .Good luck.
  20. Thats not a good driving record ,i'd hate to be paying your insurance premium
