Many thanks spandit! Think I will keep it as it is - Maybe i might try pressing it when in 4 wheel drive and reverse on some very soft ground just in case the quad decides to throw me off? -
Kawasaki KLF 650 V Twin Quad - Override switch???

Quite agree - the acceleration is impressive and can cause some under pant filling moments - If you accidentally nudge the throttle when doing something tricky watch out! Strange about the switch/button ?? -

Of topic as well - I had a Rover 60 with a free wheeling clutch - huge screw jobbie on the passenger side. Re the button - tried it forwards backwards etc - not any difference at all! -

Very good! The biggest quad I have driven so far is a 350 and reversing this beast is "fun". When drove it today there was plenty of clouds of a gaseous nature not emanating from the quads exhaust! -

Why (silly question) would you want to loose the engine breaking? Must try it tomorrow ------ Thanks for the reply -
Hello folks Just acquired a Kawasaki KLF V twin quad. Can anyone tell me what the override switch is for? The previous owner did not know/use it so its sitting on the left hand side with my thumb very tempted to press it! Thanks
