i bought a 686e in september 2002 after trading in a 686 sporting. the only trouble i found with the new gun was the rib is a bit higher than the 686 so it keeps hitting me in the cheek bone. i got it fitted propely and since then i have enjoyed many a good day with it only last week i shot 287 woodies with 400 shots.
