  1. Hi guys, I'm looking at getting into airsoft and seeing as I've no longer got any land to shoot on I've decided to get rid of my rifle to fund the airsoft. She's a .22 Lightning with a Walther 3-9x56 (ir) scope in a nice little Flambeau safe shot hard case. I bought her from Gibby back in 2006 and back then she was 3-4 years old and with a replacement stock. He believed that she was fitted with a Theoben gas ram but wasn't sure. I haven't checked as I wasn't worried whether she was or not but if you like I can open her up and take pictures for you. She's got a couple of marks on the silencer, and a few scuffs on the extremities of the woodwork (as expected in a working gun) but overal is a lovely gun to hunt with and it's sad to see her go. I'm looking for £160 for the lot, will post if you're willing to cover postage. Apologies for the quality of the photo's, they're off my phone. If you want any more photos I can take some better quality ones with a proper camera. Any questions then feel free to ask Cheers, Si

  6. Try to sneak out and when she says "where are you going" look realy sad and say"oh...I'm not going to lie to you" and just walk out your dinner will be in the dog before you can say PW.
  7. For your information: This has been sorted now. They were poaching deer. The police had been watching them but had nothing solid until they caught them with unregistered guns (muppets or what!) followed by a house search. Other people in the neighbourhood had also made regular complaints about noise etc. They've been arrested but to what outcome I don't know (yet). I may have been a "nosey neighbour" as rabid bunny put it, but it's idiots like these that will cause more restrictions and prohibitions to be place on the hunting community. Personally, I think if you've got suspicions about something like this the you should let the authorities know. In the end, if they're legal then they've got nothing to worry about as they should have licences etc to say so. Thanks to those who supported me on this matter, it was with your advice that I decided to pass my information on to the police. To those who told me to mind my own business.... It's good to see that people like them will be able to rely on you to turn a blind eye so as not to be seen as nosey. Cheers
  8. "BV206s are superb bits of kit. Any Bootneck on here will probably attest to that. They are ridiculously capable machines, although I don't recall ever hitting 'pretty scary speeds' in them." I'm not sure what the standard civi ones can hit but the Royal Marine vehicles we're upgrading have had new powertrains and hit an impressive speed, even off road.
  9. There's the old classic of a brick on a bit of string. If you dont fancy that then you coud always practice your beach cast! 5ox of lead corking it between the eyes will do the job! (Joke.........or is it? You Decide...)
  10. I've got to get myself one of these babies! They're absolutly amazing. We're working on the military varients at the mo and they'll go anywhere. you can't bog them in, they float and can hit some pretty scary speeds! They'll do for hunting quite nicely http://www.leavesley-international.com/def...tGroup=HAGGLUND
  11. "http://dessent.net/btfaq/ Should explain everything" cheers for the info Russuk. It's very good at explaining how it works and how to go about setting it up. I'll probably use utorrent as that's what everyone else uses.
  12. It's ok down here. If I was to be a moaning old sod then: There's no channel 5 (well thats one less channel of tripe) Yet to get 8mg Broadband (so what) Water's chalky (damn god for surrounding us with a chalk ridge) Power cuts when chavs knock out supply box things! (touch the wrong bit and they'll get toasted) lol

    Torrent?

Hi guys, Friends, Family and workmates have been bugging me to get on and use Bit-torrent. However, nobodies explained what I've got to do, and where to go to do it . I know I've got to download a thing called U-Torrent in order to do this but I'm not sure where it's safe to get it from . Could someone provide me with info on bit torrent please so I can get myself sorted? Cheers

    Tax Man

Join the club! I started my job in Feb this year. I'm still on Emergency tax with 40% deducted each month! They claimed they hadn't received my P45 so I've sent of a photocopy of my half of the p45 plus a p46 and I'm still on the same tax code losing nearly half of my earnings! Bunch of incompitant pancake throwing monkeys couldn't give a rats about what they've done wrong the theiving chimpoids!
  15. A friend of mine got her friend to drop her copy of to our BBQ at 00.05am. She went off to read it immediatly and had finished it by that evening! What a waste of a days shooting. An hour or so each evening's great but not an entire day! I can't believe frodo gets in in this one!!!
  16. Personally I think it should skip the lot and come back down south (and stay down here)!

    OUCH

OOI, does anyone know any good tracks around south dorset worth visiting? It's all geared up for tourists and so its all nice flats ang gentle inclines so wide you could parc a bus! I've been traveling to the new forest in search of some serious fun (I also discovered a new sport last time...bog biking, it's a cross between MTB and bog snorkelling). Moreton and wareham are too tame! Although going down the white horse can be a scream (followed by a crunch, crack then silence LOL )
  18. What's Santa and Michael Jackson got in common? ... They both creap into little boys rooms and empty their sacks! Sorry, had to say that one!

    OUCH

Perhaps he's so good that he's managed to keep them on..........then again, judging by his stance before hand and that beautiful nose plant maybe not. That chappie at the end though, I didn't get a good look but it seemed like he'd just got some spd's and hadn't got used to them first! :o
  20. Good Luck and all the best for the future. :o
  21. "the eggs get in there on the legs of waterfowl" well I never knew that! I'd always wondered how fish populate new ponds and lakes.

    OUCH

OOI, Why do you say that about the reflectors? I've still got them on my bike, if there's a chance it will mean a driver spots me instead of flattening me (and more importantly my bike) then I'll take it. They may look childish but they do the job!
