I recently made this display board for a shooting friend from paper cartridges I had 

the frame was a shadow box frame from hobby craft which I adapted green felt was from there as well

i was going to make a couple more one for a non shooting friend what would I have to do to make the cartridges inert if they have to be at all

I’ve pretty much called round all the gun shops near me looking for powder for 3” 410 18-19 gram lead load 

I had been using ram shot enforcer but have also been asking for vectan sp3 

does anyone have any leads on where I can get some or alternative powders

Not knowing the state of the killers mind at that moment in time What if he had no access to a gun and not been a licence holder what’s to say he wouldn’t have used a knife, cricket bat ,poison , axe etc instead

I have a Remington 1100 in 410 and never had a problem with various brands being ejected never had a primer blow out never had brass pulled off the plastic Either I use my home loads and like fiocchi cartridges

i had a armsan 410 and continually had primers blow out and cartridges not being ejected this went back to the supplier who told me there was a problem and I had a full refund

i will get a hatsan 410 to use with tss for fowl and in the pigeon hide I’m not going to use my cherished Remington 

on the small bore hunters fb group there are a few guys who have the hatsan 410s tested various cartridges and have had no problems with them

One stripped the gun cleaned any factory grease and any machining debris cleaned the gas port oiled and reassembled the gun and had no problems

Sportsman gun centre are imminently getting in some semi autos made by hatsan these are new here 

Should add they are about the 400 mark and advertised on the website

I get my logs from a guy in Ealing £5 a bag found him on marketplace there are quite a few sellers in the London area all around the £5 mark also found the smokeless solid fuel from Asda at £6.50 a 10kg bag burns really well best I’ve tried
