Shhhhhh. No-one notice that I'm agreeing with Kent please. Add to . The soup dragon is a PCSO in the most volatile area of Leeds. The threat is VERY real. I have commented in another forum about the latest beheadings to the effect that what the terrorists want is the ultimate reaction from the US and allies. They want a war and they want the WEST to start it. They know exactly what they're doing and it's going to happen somehere sooner or later because they'll keep picking away until it does. This may be the US or UK or maybe not but it will end in all our involvement AGAIN. To be flippant about it, we're that much on a knife edge that Lansky sharpened blades are blunt in comparison

Only if you're prepared to accept a marriage of vegetables meat and spuds. I'd double check the description on the menu and get it confirmed first

41.2gn but if you try it back off a bit and work up. -
I couldn't possibly disagree. I have Lowa, Meindl and Altberg for work cos I'm the Imelda Marcos of the boot world. I swap and change (as you do) but always revert to the go to boots (Altberg P1's and warriors).

So are you saying Graham, that If I got Lorraine to cold blue her rifles and bearing in mind that when she's thinking she puts her fingers in her mouth, I could feasibly collect on her insurance?
-
Check out the infamous auction site and see what they go for. They are quality manufacturers.
-
Buy them then. Top notch in company with Meindl, Lowa and Altberg. The German Military use Haix.

Last time I asked, Tim Hannams had some but they're around 10 miles further east from you than Fister. As for alternatives it depends on the bullet weight. I use N160 for 95gn SST's but 75gn vmax gets N140 and it's well accurate. Others I know use varget and lately some Ramshot variants are getting good press and they're cheaper. -
Add a picatinny rail to the underside and fix an IR torch to it. The result is more than adequate as noted by Grandalf.

I for one would end up spending more time reading the ever growing DIY list the soup dragon keeps waving under my nose. Long may the red furry thing remain on the pest list.

You don't get much cheaper than free so I was hoping they'd be a nice source of once fired. They are actually Federal ,308 and Boxer primed. On saying that, reading the advice given they can go back in the weighing in bin. Thanks for the help fellas. Dave -
Correct me if I'm wrong but if you are paying the GP for a report then the GP is acting on your behalf for financial gain. Isn't that as much a conflict of interest as a GP being a referee and charging (which is a no no).

If Homeserve is the British Gas one I'll second that. On the other hand I tried to cover my old boiler last night but she rolled over snoring.

Vous avez PM me auld Brummie. -
I've come into possession of some .308 brass for reloading obviously. Now this brass has been fired in G3's and, as such, has some light ribbing down the length of the body and on the shoulder. I have full sized a couple and the empty cartridges cycle in the rifle BUT will the case expand fully enough when shot or will the ribbing allow gases to escape to the rear? Ergo, do I reload or do I bin them? Dave
