  6. Hi everyone i have been asked by a friend if i could advertise his choclate labrador puppies for him ,there are 3 left and are all dogs, they are all KC registered and hip and eye checked and i am lead to understand they are 10 weeks old and they come from working parents,i have no photographs at the moment as i was only asked to advertise them tonight, but of course i can obtain them if they would help,if anyone is interested if they could email me and i would give them the name and telephone number of the person selling them and you could get in touch for more information, many thanks
  7. at the momment im getting 2" groups at 100yds using remington acutip ammo
  8. i shoot a tikka 223 with a1:8 twist using 55gn ammo in your oppinion would a 1:12 twist stablise the bullet better and give improved accuracy
  9. thanks for the helpful replies,he does shoot foxes but not with 80gn ammo!! only target work and i do agree with the point that if hes shooting targets then loading singles isnt an issue, hes one that if he buys a gun that is capable of taking 80gn ammo he wants to try it and expects the mag that it came with to be able to take the longer bullets,i supose hes got a point but hes only ever shot 50 to 60gn before with no problem, maybe he should stick to what he knows,if its not broke dont try and fix it many thanks
  10. Hi everyone, hope someone can help,a friend as recently purchased a tikka 223 it as a 1:8 twist asn he as been told it can shoot ammunition up to 85gn,so he had some made for him rangeing from 55gn upwards but he found that they wont load in the magazine because they are too long,by 2mm in some cases,he told them at the shop and they said that he would have to load the in singles,is this correct or is there a mag he can buy to take the longer bullets?? many thanks,HAPPY HUNTING!!!
  11. thanks Henry d ive done that sorry if it seemed impolite just didnt know how to change it thanks again,HAPPY HUNTING!!!

  14. IV BEEN SHOOTING WITH A SPEED BEAD FOR QUITE A WHILE,AFTER AN EYE OPERATION ON MY RIGHT EYE I FOUND MY LEFT EYE WAS BECOMING MORE DOMINATE BUT NOW WITH THE BEAD FITTED WHEN I MOUNT THE GUN[i SHOOT RIGHT HANDED]AND LOOK DOWN THE BARREL ITS ONLY MY RIGHT EYE THAT CAN SEE THE BRIGHT RED BEAD AND NOT THE LEFT,I AGREE THAT WHEN IT IS FIRST FITTED YOU DO TEND TO LOOK AT THE BEAD AND NOT THE TARGET BUT WITH USE AND PRACTICE THIS SOON PASSES,IVE FOUND TO THAT THE BEAD HELP IF SHOOTING IN LOW LIGHT CONDITIONS. HAPPY HUNTING!!!
