  1. Whats her breeding mate..?
  2. I would just like to say that Greenhunter has helped me and my lad a great deal in making his floaters....his design is ingenious and far better than others i have seen and used...very helpful and genuine bloke.
  3. My emotional attachment to this topic usually ends up with me in a slanging match....so to avoid myself escalating to heights beyond my medication i'm gonna declare myself out.
  4. How can i blame Thatcher for myself and my family enduring what we had to between 1984 and 1985.....hhhmmm...not sure...let me give it some thought.
  5. I was a 15 year old lad living in Barnsley with his grandparents one of which was slowly dying through working in the pits at the time of the strike....we had nothing..!!! and my lasting memory of the man who brought me up is scrubbing the dirt out of the cuts on his back when we were in the bath and crying as he coughed up blood in the sink...i shall be dancing on her grave as well when she dies's but i hope it aint for a while yet as i understand she she's aint in too good health and i want her to suffer a while yet as he did.

  8. Sound like your almost describing my terriers...the photo below is the mum... These are two of her pups...i sold the one on the left about 6 months ago, but i still have the other, but unfortunately the wife wont let me sell the other pup now im afraid... but at least you can use the photo's to point out bit you would like in your dog and bit you dont like...i wont be offended mate...beauty is in the eye of the beholder.....hope you find a dog that fits the bill....
  9. Ive kept some kind of working dogs for most of my adult life, but over the last 10 years they have been in the house (just got two terriers at the minute) as my outdoor kennels were pulled down and the garden was made "nice". Anyway im toying with the idea of having some kennels again and i was hoping to get some inspiration from the more inventive of you lads as to how i could have them... The photo's below show the potential area where they would go...The shed could be utilised and i suppose this would help with the cost if i was looking at an economy option...but i was hoping for two separate kennel and two separate runs and i cant work out how to achieve that i i leave the shed up and use it as the kennel. The area is 6ft wide and 17ft long (the length of the decking) if i was to start from scratch my budget would be around the £700 mark i suppose. The really experienced amongst you might be able to work out some sort of drainage as well.... I await any good ideas. And thanks in advance.

  13. Everybody who has seen these poles in use has wanted a set....if you aint happy with the poles you are using lads....look no further.
  14. I use the little black rubber rear rod rest to screw into the top...but a bit of twig will do the same job
  15. Used mine for the first time today and in general its a decent seat... ideally i would have liked the diameter of the seat to have been slightly bigger, and there is a technique to the push in buttons that change the level of the legs ( and even when you get the technique its still fiddly )...im a bit of a time bandit, and as somebody has already said a bit more padding would have been nice.... On the positive side, it is strong and sturdy and fairly light weight which in itself is a hard combination to get right...the swivel action is smooth and a very nice feature....all in all i'd give it an 8.5 out of 10...if im being absolutely honest i'd say its probably about £20 overpriced...but then im a yorkshireman. Please remember this is only based on me using it just the once.
