Evening all. Has anyone had an issue trying to list a second gun on Gunwatch? I currently have one active sale post and wish to put a second gun up for sale, too many in the cabinet currently. I need to pay the fee, £2.79 or whatever it is, which is absolutely fine, however, regardless of card payment I use (debit or credit (plenty funds there)) it says it cannot process the payment. At first I thought it may have been NatWest asking me to verify the payment but that's not the case. has anyone got any suggestions? kind regards Jonny

Hi, is the wall that you are wanting to fasten it to an external or internal wall? Are there any sockets on that wall that you could remove and have a look behind the back box to see what the wall construction is? That will help determine what type of fixing. Depending on how long you plan living there you could always just get a skim over by a plasterer when you decide to leave. In my current property I drew around the cabinet where I wanted it/suitable position, then used an angle grinder and 1mm cutting disc to cut out the plasterboard. There was about a 10mm gap and the cabinet sat in there.

I would love a Wanless cartridge if you wanted to sell one? Jonny

Hi all. I'd just like to say thanks to the great members who have given their support to me and our family as a result of my wife's stroke. Biggest thanks goes to CrazyCooker who has given Molly, our ESS a lovely home. The gentleman drove through the night from Dover to Durham, with his daughter. Grabbed a few hours sleep and has taken her home. He's sent some lovely photos of her working this afternoon, and we are sure she's gone to a great home. That has taken a great load off our minds. For those who have been asking, here's a link to my fund raising page for Stroke Association, who, along with the local community stroke team, have been great. We are 8 months down the road now and Sue has made great progress with her mobility. Still a long way to go, but we are on that road. Thanks all for the replies and the messages. Reading through them hasn't been easy. Molly has gone to what sounds like an ideal home. Andy travelled up through the night with his daughter. Really nice genuine people and although it's hard for me, Sue and the kids, it is the best thing for Molly. He's promised to keep in touch and send photos of her when she's settled in. Molly, 17 month old ESS bitch. A lovely dog, great natured. Training coming on well, great nose on her and is retrieving pigeon well, returns on the whistle, sits and stays. No paperwork but came from working lines. Why do I need to rehome her?? Well here goes... My wife Sue and mother to our three young children had a massive stroke at the age of 42. This happened late August last year. I've been off work since. She was in hospital until Christmas and came home then but is still having intense rehabilitation. The Stroke has affected her right side and although walking again with assistance her arm is not showing much progress and her speech/communication has been greatly affected too. Molly lives outside but comes inside for a few hours on a night. Due to Sue being unstable on her feet I can't risk the dog being in when Sues alone. I'm starting to return to work now for longer periods and it's not fair on Molly to be left. I take her out as much as I can, normally three times a day around the farm/fields. She's mega keen to work. All I ask is that she goes to a good loving home, will be active and you put a charitable donation towards my Stroke Association fund raising page too. Any questions just ask. I know a dog is for life, and Molly was until this happened. Jonny

Hi all I took a local gun (Pape) into a local gun shop today to have a chat with a fella who knows his Pape's. On the flats of the barrels there are some markings 13/1 and measured the bores, and then showed me on a chart how much play each barrel had in terms of being in proof. When I got home I looked at another set of barrels from another old English SBS, and it said 15/1. Stupidly I forgot to ask what those markings were called. I can pop in again tomorrow but thought I'd ask on here tonight. I'm just curious and want to know more about them. TIA Jonny

Hi Dave, was limited on time earlier. It will be used on my 22-250. Scope wise Bushnell Elite Tactical with 30mm tube. Quarry/range fox and rabbit and probs 200yds.

Hi all. Been away for a bit but back again. Started building a home NV set up for the back of my scope and need to purchase an IR torch. What's the best and where from? I'd like to be able to get a white pill to use it as a regular torch too. Thanks in advance
