hi guys , yesterday i put out a full chicken lol in my garden (left overs) but still a full bird and sat 20 yards back in my window it did'nt take long for 1 to come over i aimed and shot it with my .22 gamo cfx and it didnt take it down :yp: i did'nt hit it in a very gd spot though at the bottom of its wing but they did'nt come back then all day but there back so i'l have the little **** , but have any of you guys had trouble putting them down with the 1st shot ?

will you find rats/ lure them into your back garden at night or will u only find them on farms ect

i know there is rats somewhere on the land i shoot on but everytime i put some bait down like bits of meat ect or other things next doors ******* cat comes and eats it ALL what can i put down that will really attract rats BUT will make the cat look elsewhere

lol cool an excuse to blow there heads of i see them ALL the time but never shot 1 because i knew nothing about them there is a nest right at the top of a tall tree at the back of the yard about 25 yards down the garden and i see them jumping around that nest in the tree's so i dont know if its there nest or if the little ***** are taking things from it , anyway they shall be terminated when i get home

i have a very LARGE back yard filled with tree's and there is a nest of magpies there i see them jumping around in the tree's and OMG i did'nt know they eat things from other nests i could of killed loads but i dont know anything about birds or what they eat im a newbie so shall i kill the little ***** ?

good point , what was they eating ? lol and was the scrapyard lit up where u was shooting them ? or you have lamps down ?

yesterday i was shooting my new gamo cfx now ive pinpointed the scope shooting pegs from 30 yards when i place a pellet in the barrel the wrong way round by accident and i just could not get it back out so i had to shoot it with tha pellet the wrong way round , will this have damaged the gun in anyway ? it was shooting a little weird after it for a while it sounded differant as if it was'nt even shooting the pellet , seems ok now though will she be ok ? lol

as ive just got my new rifle i wana know how to keep it clean and accurate and as im new to this and i know **** all about the sport of air gunning lol also when placing your scope on the gun , how do you go about lining up your sights ?

has anybody here actually ever owned a gamo cfx , if so what did you think of it and what pellets were best for that rifle

yeah i go out shooting with friends , maybe a dart board is a good target to practice with ? are the scopes acurrate or near as dammit ? i hav'nt yet tried my scope

shocking lol so it wont help to rest it on a branch or something ? i need SOMTHING to keep it a bit more steady at least

this rifle is amazing its very powerful and it just exploded glass bottles from 40 yrds which was kwl lol , but i have a few questions about hunting ( i now have permission to hunt on a piece of land near me ) now i cant aim to save my life lol but when im shooting i just old the gun in mid air and stand up en shoot , when you guys are hunting do you rest the rifle on anything to be steady ? i have no clue and i hav'nt tried my scope yet cause it needs an alan key to be put on , but how accurate are scopes when fitted right ? are they spot on , ive purchased acu pell .22 round head pellets which are very accurate but when im aiming im too unsteady and miss the target alot , any ANY tips on shooting straught plz throw them this way p.s i so love this gun lol
