Hi Doc, mine have 2 leaves on now & this year for the 1st time only done what i will need but have over 50 Scotch Bonnet seeds in the cupboard. Its still not to late to to start germinating, if you want i can germinate dozen for you that would need potting up in a round 2 weeks, these would be easier to post to you. Let me know if any use?

I ordered Haddock Chowder off the menu at a pub on the N Norfolk coast which was £14 (lunch time) but did not come with bread or roll, so ordered a roll & butter. Stone the crows was charged £3.50 so won't be going back!

My best tip is after a few failures is to germinate the seeds in airing cupboard end Jan as they need a long growing season. What i now do every year is a piece of kitchen paper wet under the tap & lay on worktop. On half the sheet lay your seeds in grid formation about 1" apart. Now fold the other half back on top, put into ziplock bag & pin to hot water tank in airing cupboard. With in 2 weeks you should see little horns coming out of seed. Now very carefully pick out of paper & pot up. General tips are never outside till frost gone, do not over water, water only when dry or leaves droop a bit, my best result are in pots in greenhouse, they don't seem to like open ground?? Feed every 2 weeks with tommy food. When picked i just freeze whole in freeze bag, still using 3 year old chillies. 'Scotch Bonnets' are all i grow now as give me consistent results! Good luck!

Your right us blokes never go to the doc's & Prostate Cancer IS the biggest killer of men. Next Wednesday will be my last day at Addenbrooke's Hospital where they will be signing me off after spending the past 5 years every 6 months in at the cancer clinic waiting room for sometimes hours on end waiting for PSA check up results. Always full, men all ages most with partners a very depressing place as we all know why we are there, some will be lucky others not. We are some of the lucky ones which i am grateful so PLEASE have a PSA blood test when next at the doc's

That's a great result, i'm sure a few pills & your be on your way. The day of my op i was 5.3 (at 59 years) & for the past 5 years 0.02 which is unreadable. These PSA results are just numbers on paper its what it goes up by (as you get older it does rise) next & the following years that matter. All men HAVE Prostate cancer, its whether it develops or not. Most men dye with the cancer NOT of it! Hope these posts help some of you who have any nagging doubts about Prostate Cancer

N.I.C.E guidelines states, it's your right to have the PSA check done (simple blood test). So don't take any ******** from the doc!

Its great we are talking about it! 5 years clear of Prostate Cancer next week & Addenbrooke's will be signing me off! I'm one of the lucky ones who caught it early & had Robotic Prostatectomy, was told if i had done nothing, i would only have 5 years. That sharpens your mind & sorts out what your priorities are.
