Hi. I have a steel AR500 plate on chains attached to a metal bar. It's VERY heavy, about 8" in diameter. It's a purpose built target. It's sprayed fluorescent orange one side, yellow the other. I have the spray paint still, which you can have. Used it with my 223. Nice sound when the bullet strikes, even out to 300 yds. Rav
