  1. That's why I got the MSA Sordins as they were a lot slimmer than the peltor sportacs. I don't find they catch the stock Cheers Tom
  2. Time to learn a bit of DIY and hang on to your gun! Bet your gutted? Tom

  7. I can tell you it will be worth being skint for. 1 smile and loving look is a priceless memory! But be prepared to make sacrifices. :-) Cheers and congratulations Tom
  8. My apologieis it was on vodafone but as the contract is now up I have unlocked it so open to all networks. It is the 16gb version. Cheers Tom
  9. Hi my other halfs iPhone 3GS is for sale due to upgrade. She has always kept a screen cover on so screen is unmarked. The back has slight wear on it but no major marks. Always carried in a separate pocket in her handbag. Complete with original box, packaging, charger and a few new screen protectors. Not sure how to post photos on here but we all know what they look like. £155 posted recorded delivery or £150 collected (Newcastle upon Tyne) Cheers Tom
  10. I may be wrong but I think what he is saying is when/if he moves in the lady is likely to loose her benefits as there is an income now coming into the house and weather it is likely to be "topped" up with some sort of payment like tax credit? Cheers Tom Edit. I was wrong :-)
  11. DO NOT SHOOT WITHOUT PROTECTION! You will regret it in later life. I have a set of electronic over ear type, MSA Sordins but they are not to everyone's liking as some prefer earplugs as they don't catch the stock as much. Your best bet is to start off with some plugs like shooters aids and see if you can tollerate them in your ears. If not you may have to go for over ear type muffs Cheers Tom
  12. I've recently bought a pair of ESS ice glasses. As I need a prescription I also bought the Rx inserts and had the lenses made up locally. I find them great, for the ESS Ice about £30. Rx inserts and lenses another £60. Cheers Tom Forgot to mention they came with clear, brown, and yellow shields.
  13. Can someone with experience of both please give me the pros and cons as my other half can't decide on which one to get. Currently she has the iPhone 3GS Cheers Tom
  14. Hi Matteo where abouts in Italy are you from? My family are from Arpino near Frosinone which is in central Italy. Wellcome Tom
  15. You should find by the time you reach your "quit day" that you actually don't feel like a smoke if the champix is doing its job. At least that's how I felt. The only real side effect I had was VERY vivid dreams! So vivid that they are more like real memories now but it was well worth it. The best of luck and I will be following this one.
  16. I quit 18months ago using Chapmpix. I made a deal with my son if he got into university I would give up smoking. He's now at Cambridge doing physics so I wouldn't be able to afford to smoke now anyway;-) Seriously Champix were brilliant and I think it would have been a dam sight harder without them. You will be successful this time I'm sure Good luck Tom
  17. They'll reinvent the wheel next!

    Damp Loft

Sounds like the insulation is blocking the airflow from the eves. If there are vents in the sofit boards then check to see if the insulation is covering them. If not you may have to cut vent holes and fit vent covers to allow an air flow. Cheers Tom
  19. I had to do this on my 682 Gold E so it does work :-) Tom
  20. Wrap a little black sewing thread around the threads before fitting. This will allow you to tighten it at a different position, you may have to try a few times with more or less thread but you will get it straight and tight Cheers Tom
  21. Surely it will damage the threads with no chokes fitted?
  22. 1/2 choke arrived today. Spot on Thank again Tom
