  1. I’m no expert but have been told the best way to buy physical gold is buying coins like sovereigns and Britannia’s as you don’t pay Capital gains tax on profits that way. Bullion by post are a reputable source cheers Tom

Since then I’ve had another done on the top as when I was on a ventilator with COVID in April they knocked one out when turning me over. They were very apologetic when I was brought out of the coma. That was the last thing I was bothered about at the time.

I had bottom front implants done last year. Drilled into jaw posts fitted and then teeth built onto the posts. Traumatic but worth it. They just feel like they are part of me now. cheers Tom

  10. Yes, easy fix. The diaphragm will have a split in ti so won’t create the syphon to pull the water down. You can make a new diaphragm out of some thick plastic bag/sack and use the old one as a template. Plenty of YouTube videos to help you out. cheers Tom
  11. Hi thankyou, I haven’t much else to to other than be grateful I made it. Each day I’m trying to walk a little further. I got a follow up discharge phone call from the hospital asking how I was doing and advising on exercise. They said they would ring again next week to check up on progress. I think it will be a long recovery process in terms of building my leg muscles back up as for lungs I have to practice deep slow breaths to get capacity back up cheers tom
  12. No, the only thing I have to take for the next month or so is a blood thinning injection each evening to avoid blood clots I assume, and start with short walks building up over time as I feel capable cheers tom
