  13. H.I.S Lawson supplies the stuff
  14. Before bedding try a few different brands of ammo, be surprised at that.
  15. Microglobe the cheapest around.
  16. Very nice! had to look twice, almost the same as my Turner burner xc frame,if had a spare cash would of had it just to drool over.
  17. Lamping with an led! If using white ( xlm or similar led ) you can use a large aspheric for throw as the die size is quite large, if using colour, red , green etc probably best led is the xpe-2 , wouldn't go past a 50mm lens size , as the projected die size will be to small to be uaseful. The NM800 nice bit of kit but overly expensive for what it actually is, the t67 single or double body is a bit of a beastie in size, the T50 on the other hand is really useful tool.Dont forget the humble T20, cheap as chips and an ideal torch to use or modify. Problem with all these is a lack of a full dimmer to use lamping, that's were you go custom! As a pure lamp, the sst90 in red or white is something tobehold behind a 78mm aspheric, makes a lightforce look like a candle.A lot will depend on what ranges you hope to shoot at especially the 243.....
  18. Hydrographics do a military grade matt finish in black, reasonable price too, redone my sbe2 as the blacking was dire, shot last season on the marsh not a mark on the barrel , well happy......
  19. Deben 4amp/hr about £75 , 8amp/hr - £120, not cheap, but good quality, no problem with elwirecraft batteries, uk based so no problems there, battery rates hold true as advertised,
  20. Battery Elwirecraft, supply batteries and charger, as for the i.r , stick with the onboard i.r , best option upgrade the camera/lens, see a real improvement then, Cobra dsa are expensive, try looking at the pulsar dsa 1/3 of the cost of the cobra, been there , done all that 3 years ago, it is a good option for getting into n.v, but pricey for what it is, most homebuilds can way outperform it at a 1/4 of the cost. Best option sell it and buy a Nt300 or WDNV for not much more, cause of all the upgrades your thinking of will set you back a ton or so.........

    T67

Aquired a couple of T67 torches about a month ago, in part of a deal, its a bonny torch, one was in red other i.r, on testing the red one, was disapointed in the performance of the xpe led seemed dull? other point seems a lot of wastage of thread from spot to flood too,so reworked the light, pill and led , so much better now, and more usable, makes you think what bin numbers leds they use to keep costs down, its now running on a noctigen copper star with the highest binn/lumen xpe led I could find , and now performs how you hope it would,, still value for money if you shop around, these two came from carlzcustomz as written on them.
  22. Bought a pair of these about 4 years ago, best chest waders I have ever used, you don't get cold standing waitdeep all day in these even in January. If I could justify another pair would snap them up.
