  1. I have had them come at random, i went to work about 7am and had forgotten something so returned home, a Range Rover was sat on my drive containing my Firearms man. Random spot check,we know you set of to work about now was his story. Came in nothing matched his paperwork and made notes then left.
  2. Certainties- There was weather, there was a wad restriction and Kegworth was the only CPSA reg ground in the midlands exercising such- Orston 102.
  3. I shot fiber today, its not about the shells its about wad predjudice percieved or otherwise.
  4. Kegworth ran its first Fiber Wad shoot of the year today, Cpsa is showing only 32 entries. Typically 100 would be seen. This is very bad news.
  5. Snowboarding in the Pyrenees in a month,Lanzarote for a week in March, Road trip to Scotland in June, Road trip with my V8 mates to North Cape in September, Munich by train in May Eagles Nest and Dachau-flying back,Lanzarote again early November, same hotel and this time im going away over Christmas because its rained solid for the last two.Wife has retired so spends 2 fortnights out in France at her brothers.
  6. Asking is asking. The AD was asking 9.5 but has applied over 20% off. Tells a story.
  7. I think 7.5k for a seamaster is way too much.
  8. Not enough information, what reference?? Its a lot for an Omega. This model could be one that needs a discount to sell.
  9. The issue is bigger than one man. To do anything at all it must be of such force as to quell them for certain. Not the light touch.
  10. It does offer some light, i do wonder if Sundays may not feature within the revised timetable.
  11. If you shoot registered comps then Humberside has nothing to offer
  12. Hodnet is always a good day out, despite that hill. The latter part, thats just the issue, its not everybody, next week its just Kegworth, i feel for John, i have always enjoyed going there in the past. Beverley is a blow, its only an hour from me, its under cover, under Rob Hall and Sean the calibre of the place and value to Sporting shooters has increased tremendously in Recent years. The statement is untenable under current inpositions, maybe someone else will take it forward.
  13. Bought from here last week but my gun is too tall thru the grip to shut the zip, its a custom stock.Original sales thread here. I have offered it the Dr Lector but no reply. Its absolutely spanking new and mint £130 plus post
  14. No, but it will curtail a Registered comp type set up while plastic is permitted elsewhere. When its the same all over the wad wont matter. Apples and oranges for comparison there. Beverley offers Registered fast trap sporting and sport trap competitions, None of which are offered at Humberside etc. Indeed this is a factor, one of many, where do you shoot registered targets?
  15. Lets see where we are in a year then, On Kegworths website John indicates his view for the future.
  16. Look at the turn out at MCSC, then look at the old Kegworth numbers,At Orston on Sunday 180 plus. The numbers will drop massively as the hard core CPSA Registered shooters will move on.
  17. I also read that, indeed a blow for the region for all disiplins. Also yesterday Kegworth is now fibre only at the insistence of the landlord.
  18. Read last night Beverley to close in the middle of the year, viability issues, real loss for the region and Shooters, Kegworth forced to be Fibre only by landlord effective immediately. This is the death knell for Registered shoots there.

    Dignitas

If we were to empower the NHS to make this happen it would only be a matter of time before the bean counters were influencing the decisions and abusing the powers.
