Hi I have just relised on my vw polo 1.9 sdi has a diesel leak its on the front right hand side and only leaks when it is running and a while after it has stopped running. Engine starts and runs fine as normal. Does anyone know what the problem could be ? Any advice would be greatly appriciated cheers Ben

Hi i am applying for my fac ive had a shotgun certificate for 3 years. im currently 18 and i have shot 17hmr 22lr and .223 i have land that is used for .270 but unsure if its been checked or shot on open licence, the land is best shot from the high seat with a cf but should be fine with rf's. i was wondering what calibres to put down in my application other than 22lr/17mr as there are a number of foxes on the land ive had 3 in the past month whilst out pigeon shooting and get a number of calls from the farmer to say that there after his turkeys and chickens can i come deal with them. any advice would be appreciated

I used a electric collar with my strong willed lab it was getting to the point of considering rehoming her. Best money I've ever spent on her only ever got shocked a couple of times on the lowest setting just the bleep was enough to get her attention back. She's now a lovely gundog I had the canicom one because of the sound aswell as the shock. I had the problem of her running in and she had a thing about deers .

If i didnt know what to do with the dog i would of looked into it which I already have for my last lab I was just unsure on some things that didn't go easy with the training like I left it to late with training and it was allot more hard work. I was looking for some additional advice from people who may of come upon this problem. He's getting along fine at the minute sits and stays comes back to whistle and retrieves to hand none of this has been forced upon him he just enjoys doing it. He's only 9 weeks today I haven't tried training other than the sit a recall he just wanted to retrieve.

sorry its out of one of my litters i should of made that clearer. the reason is that the mother i left it to late to train her which made it alot harder, she now is great worker but just gets scared when in the beaters trailer after being attacked by another dog hence im going to use the pup instead and use the mother solely pigeon shooting. i think i will go out and buy that book and have a look through it cheers for your advice.

i usualy just take my s410 with me shoot them from the hide then you dont have to leave the hide quicker than walking out there and they dont get spooked and fly of if you get the odd pricked one

Hi im not sure on a few things with the age with firearms certificte 1: what age to hold a cetificte with a firearm on it (im 17) 2: do you need a shooting guardian which i do for my shotgun certificate because i dont have a family member that holds one 3: if i need a guardian do they need to be with me when i shoot 4: how old to purchase guns/ammo

I have a litter of 7 black Labrador puppies ready for September, Lots of field trial champions and winners in their pedigree. Puppies are well built and strong we have 3 girls and 4 boys all a good weight they can be seen from the 21st August located near bury st Edmunds, Suffolk. Dam is lovely she’s by FT.CH GARRETHALL MACAULAY and her grand sire is FT.CH BRINDLEBAY JUDE .She has a good nose finds game really well. She is a good gundog picks up for me some days on shoots and great at pigeon shooting. Photos can be arranged and pedigree seen. She is great with children and relaxed. Her mother was used on some of the royal shoots in Scotland. Great looking well built black lab she has been hip and eye scored clear eyes and good hip scores. Sire dark yellow well built and a great gundog used throughout the shooting season. Good hip score and clear eyes, DNA tested. Pedigree can be seen and pictures of him. He’s a very friendly and relaxed a great peg dog. Also used for wildfowling and rough shooting. I had one dog attack mine when she was a week from exspecting pups mine was on the lead and the other dog was lose and has attacked mine before. it went for chest that didnt let go till it got a boot to the head it hasent even shown its face since there. there wasent even an apology just "he was only out there a few seconds"

you dont want your dog getting neuveous around other dogs which happened with mine i struggle to take her picking up now due to the other dogs attacking her when she couwers back. have a word with them and if it happens again take it further.
