A few years ago my best gun used to be a new Beretta EELL, got fed up with the poor build quality on it, i now shoot an Apex, its less money than the Beretta but a far superior gun both on looks and build, just put the 2 together and you will see what i mean.

I am in a dispute now, brought a petrol strimmer from a trading company on there, it was on a next day delivery but no show, they tried to say it had been delivered and signed for, i chucked all my toys out the pram over it and it mysteriously arrived a few days later, the handle was missing and the trigger broken, they have been going to pick it up all week but no one turns up. I cant get my money back yet as Ebay make you sort it out with the seller for several days, then you can escalate it to Ebay to sort out, thats tomorrow for me.

Solware i think had the first batch, i don't think they have any now, the last i was told about these guns were they had to go off to some testing place to make sure that they could not be tampered with so as not to put them over the legal limit.

Not yet but i do have one on order, i went for the all black one with open sights, to be honest i think its a bit of gamble on how good this will actually be but it does appeal to me. The real downer at the moment is actually getting one, it has been on order with Edgar Brothers for over 2 months now, i have called them a few times about it but i felt i was being fobbed off by them, originally i was told it would be 3 weeks, last year i had Remington Versa max on order with them, after 6 months waiting the truth finally came out that they lost the right to sell them.

With all the channels that are available now i still think there was more to watch as a child when there was just 3, no i watch very little TV these days.

This guy has given me an idea on my land, i am fed up with walkers thinking that they can walk any ware and nose around my property, i have had them walk past my house which is a good way from the footpath and go through my private gate. Once i had some sort of team leader bloke complete with map and clip bored try to tell me that the path did run along side my house, i escorted him to where the footpath actually was and told him to take some lessons on map reading, much to the amusement of his young students.

I have asked to speak to the driver in question my self when he gets back but that seems to have fallen on deaf ears. to me this should be got to the bottom of, it can only be the driver or me and its not me, when i asked to see the signature they said it looked like it was just ticked on the machine as signed for, what ever that means.

latest is the driver is off work untill Monday and can not be asked about it till then, make your own mind up on that one.

I am going through Ebay with it, but i am so annoyed that someone is implying that i am trying to pull a fast one with this, i have hundreds of positive feed back so hopefully that will count for something, its the driver who says he has delivered it and got a signature that i am suspicious of, what's the bet that the signature is just a line.

if after this investigation they are still saying that it was delivered and signed for i must be entitled to report it to the Police.

They are investigating it with the Courier at the moment, what annoys me is i was on the phone to the company at 5 o clock yesterday and they said it was still out for delivery and i would get it by 6, when that time come and went i tried to call them again but all i got was this telephone is temporarily out of order. No i don't think he left it any ware hidden, and i was at home all day when it was supposed to be delivered.

Hi I brought a back pack petrol strimmer on the Bay from a company, the strimmer did not turn up on the day it was meant to or the next, i get in touch with the company i brought it from and they have just told me that the strimmer was delivered and signed for, i don't have neighbours as such as we live in the sticks a bit so no one else has taken it, i suspect some sort of theft from the courier side but will i be able to claim my money back through Pay Pal. Hi I am having a senior moment here, all my Chainsaws and Strimmers are 50 to 1 mix, my new Mist blower is 25 to 1 mix is this double the oil of 50 to 1 or half. Thanks Chris

I cant offer any advice but you have my sympathy, this buyer sounds a right anorak, some people are rely nasty in this world.

Why is that some people with dogs think they can walk ware ever they want, i was out with the rifle doing some rabbiting when i see these 2 people with a dog walking on a footpath in another field when they decide to come off that and start walking towards the edge of the woods ware i am, at this point they are still a good 100 yards away but heading straight for me, lucky they decided to cross the field in front of me and not walk round the edge. I can see how easy it is to have to explain your self to the Police when people like this don't stick to the paths. Chris

I had a new one back in 06, as said they are a bit small inside, my one had to go back and have the gearbox out, every time you turned off the ignition the whole car would shake, it was something to do with weak springs some ware, there were several others in the work shop having it done at the time.

So sad, yet another young soul joins the 27 club

I think he has been very good at being able to host prime time shows, all his generation are long gone from the box, if your old enough you will remember him from Saturday evening TV when you had a choice of all 3 channels to chose from, if i could do half what he has done i would be a happy man. Just sold mine for a Hi lux, could not fault it really other than poor mpg, it was an auto though.

I am 48, max no claims and clean driving licence, i think they have had me over a bit here. Chris

My truck with the mods is just shy of £500 full comp, to be honest i don't know if that's good or bad, my Landcruiser was around £300 with Admiral with no mods. Chris

Brought a Hilux pick up from a dealer, it has a few mods on it like Old Man Emu lift kit, roll bar, that sort of thing, any way i insure it with Adrian Flux as my old insurer did not like the mods, when i get it home i have a proper look at it like we do and i see a little box wired into the engine, i look it up on the internet and its some sort of performance up grade, a call to the insurance company and yes they want another £140 for that, no i am not paying that so i get the thing taken off expecting it to be a noticeable difference but it drove exactly the same.
