  4. Hi all, I was reading with interest the previous thread by Lozrob I am currently looking for a cocker, I came across cocker rage a number of years ago when my sister had a red cocker from show lines dog that she showed and was quiet successful in minor events, every now and again this dog would become possessive, bark, growl and eventually bite. I was under the impression that this condition was restricted to show cockers and normally red dogs, does cocker rage appear in working cockers and if so is it common. All the best Tim

If you want to go down the carp chair route have a look at the Fox Warrior compact chair I have not used it but my mate has one that he attaches to his ruck sack, it looks comfortable is a little higher than other carp chair and has the mud feet you want, he has not had it long and time will tell, but they are about £44.
  8. I have a early Blaser F3 game model with 29" barrels, I use it for most of my shooting including clays. In 7 years I have not had any issues other than 3 light strikes on a batch of old trophy cartridges I used, mine does not get heavy use about 300 shells per month. All the best. Tim

  13. I have never used this product and learnt about it on a job I did at a musium that allowed exhibits to be handled by the public, they also stored regalia for some state occasions, they covered firearms swords pikes and other bladed weapons with renaissance wax. one of the curators I talked to used it on his shotgun for fowling. As said I cannot recommend as I have not used it it but it may be worth looking into for future protection of your gun its about £12 per tub. ATB Tim
