  1. I have a primos power call and also a Lohman wooden call and use both, alternating between the two and they both work although I prefer the Lohman as it sounds more realistic

  5. In a issue of sporting rifle from a few months back there's a pic of a guy taking a standing shot off sticks at a range with what appears to be a small cardboard box on the end of his gun like a moderator - whats it for? or am I missing something or just being daft??

I want to get flip up covers and was going to get butler creeks but then read on another forum that they are not the same as the old ones and are prone to breaking easily possibly due to a change in the plastic they use, anyway what other types are any good? I have been looking at possibly the hawke covers,they're cheap but are they a load of rubbish - anyone got these?

I can recommend Deerhunter Pacha trousers, I been using them for several months and I'm very pleased with them - in fact I now have 2 pairs (green & camo)and bought another pair for my Son They're discontinued and it depends what size you are but you can still get them from Sportsman gun centre for £25 - bargain
  16. Well spotted, yep its a monarch - lovely clicky turrets to dial in, 15 clicks to the left yesterday as it was so windy Yes its a cz 452 varmint
