  1. Looks like some amateur has been trying to remove the barrel, witness marks look like they are from a round punch trying to drive it around to screw the barrel out of the receiver... I have just checked my Steyr SSG and it has no such indentation... I would get it checked by a professional....
  2. Snap on call them "Low Profile" Sockets, from memory you can get a ratchet with a 19mm hex end to fit them...
  3. Bought a 119cdi premium 7 speed auto 190hp a year ago secondhand from a main dealer. In just over 15,000 miles it averaged 43.5mpg, best I had on a long run was 51, never missed a beat absolutely loved it, forced into a company car so had to sell it. Sold it privately just before chrissy for 2k more than I paid for it ( I'm not vat registered so normally loose 20%)....I would hang on until the covid car bubble bursts if you can,,,,
  4. 5 shot and a 10 mags for sale on SD,,,
  5. Would listen to sensible offers? I’m not using it so needs to go...
  6. Starlight Archer add on, complete with Dragonfly laser, two male bayonet fittings to save swapping between scopes/rifles (one was made by me and needs anodising or leave silver...can’t see it in the dark!), laser mount etc on top of Archer, four scope collet’s, battery’s, case. I bought it a couple of years ago secondhand and was informed it was grade C, no spots etc. Works as it should, would prefer collection so you are happy, £1100.
  7. My 2009 has 50k on it and approx 5mm play on the near side cv housing, my lads own 2014 has 40k on and the same play..his 2012 work truck (well used/hard life!) with 140k has 7/8mm. One thing with the front diff on these is the oil is always dirty/metallic when changed at the Toyota intervals (18000miles), I do mine every service and it stays clean...SAE 80w-90 API GL5 oil at £12 gallon...you need 1.65 litres....no brainer....
  8. I will take the above please, PM your payment details. Cheers Nev.
  9. I use an Archer through my two 8-32x56 nsx's, takes a while to set up at first but once done you can count foxes nasal hairs at 250yrds...and can ID beyond 500yrds...
  10. Find someone with a lathe/machine shop and have some made from 2" black Delrin. All mine are home made and work perfectly...

  17. I run my own cars for work at 30k+/year, just done another 3 years in another 3.0 Hilux which averaged 31.2 mpg (every mile and litre of fuel logged and mpg calculated, Yorkshire man you see!) that's just short of £6000 of fuel per year... I now run an Audi A4 190 black edition 2.0 diesel (can get them 4wd if required) same fuel logging etc averaging 51 mpg, on target this year to use £3500 in fuel and its far better to drive comfortable etc. £2500 will buy and run a decent 4x4 for pleasure... it runs my old Hilux just for shooting with cash to spare... Cheers Nev
