More like the barrels are stamped 1320gms which is what they weighed at Spanish Proof. No 4`s are usually proofed at 900kg/cm and ok with standard steel.Hth

Bit of a result,to say the least!!!

From what I`ve read,Mr Bridgen was quoting a cardiologist who made the remarks . Sounds like he`s being dragged down for exposing the truth ...as usual...

Look to still be good quality at a great price .Very nice.

Same here ,was a different format early this am which wasn`t working properly....it`s now back to it`s normal format for me.

Didn`t buy magnums but did use a lot of the `Dove & Quail` loads after the Eley factory explosion . Good cartridges ,smooth shooting is what I remember .

This one will be near enough,I`d say. The internal ring is quite rounded over in profile to give an easy lead to it for the case head.

No ,all turned out of the same piece . Just looked at your shellholder again .....20.1mm at case mouth end is correct! Remember all of these measurements are taken from a fairly old bit of kit !! I`ve had this 40 yrs and it wasn`t new then !!! So the sizer ring may be worn ,although I have no issues with what I load.

Shell holder looks fine ! I get an internal size of 20.4mm at the head end with no sign of an internal step.So I don`t know if it`s tapered end to end or smoothly relieved for the case head. The sizer is still wrong .....imagine an internal belt or ring, 2.5mm wide..19mm down from top.

That`ll be the effect of `unshakeable determination` by others not friendly towards shooting!!!!!
