Can you please elaborate on how failing to attend jury service should affect your licence. It's got absolutely nothing to do with if someone should/should not partake in jury service. If you chose not to, and pay the fine, is that not part of living in a democratic society. Everyone has a choice. I feel it's another attempt at trolling at best or at worst pure stupidity on your part. No jury service = licence revoked. ******* stupid comment. !!

Well Gordon you tried to pull me in on a few comments I made and every reply put you back in your place didn't it. You paraphrased things I said and when I reminded you by quoting myself EXACTLY what i said you change direction quicker than a fly. Once you can PROVE all dogs can kill then I will say 'I got it wrong' until then you should hold your view and respect that others hold different views. I couldn't disagree more. All guns are DESIGNED TO KILL a dog isn't. Just because nobody has been killed by one doesn't mean a gun couldn't , just that it's not happened yet. I'm doubting physically that ALL breeds of dog could kill. That's a really bad example you've give to prove your point. The point I'm making is you can not make an absolute statement saying ALL breeds of dogs can kill when ITS NOT PROVEN. Most could but IMO not all can. But why let facts get in the way. ATB 425

Thanks for that but as I said 'until every breed can be proved a killer then I'll stick with my opinion'. It's not that I'm too stubborn to change my opinion it's just the info that's been presented so far is a couple of small dogs. As I stated in my first post all dogs can posses a danger but until proven otherwise people can not say 'ALL DOGS ARE KILLERS' because it's simply not true ! ATB 425

. It's a possibility. so are aliens but until proof exists I'm sticking with common sense, I have also googled 'has a Yorkie ever killed' and the result was negative. Granted I only spent about 5 minutes searching. Would a Yorkies bite open wide enough to get a deep bite into the carotid artery. So I'll turn the question back upon yourself. Can you 100% prove that a Yorkie bite can kill ??? If so then I'll admit I'm wrong. And this requires proof not just 'my mate down the pub told me a Yorkie serial killer is in the loose' or similar. But the fact police had intelligence that he was part of a gang on route to Spring a prisoner during transit to or from court/jail and produced an imitation firearm in my opinion is MORE than justified to shoot. Why should the police risk their life for some scumbag. The old adage that you live by the sword, you die by the sword is never more appropriate than in this instance. Well done to the officer who achieved a one shot kill. Another piece of excrement off the streets. I just hope common sense prevails for the officer and his family/colleges.
