Good afternoon all.Firstly thank you to all of you that have supported us and help raise £12,000 for good causes over the last 5 years. At our next Fair on 4th September we will be supporting the British Heart Foundation.
On Sunday 20th we will be donating and collecting for the people of Ukraine. I know the buckets dont look very professional but, they will be well supported by the Great Shooting Community.
Very good.
The face covering rule was not of our making, we were given the choice of No Fair, or Face covering with some extra distancing. The restrictions are no longer in place and 20th March is indoors as pre-covid.
A fellow Airgunner has just topped this up to £3000
We get quite a lot of bad press and I am pleased that the shooting fraternity dug in and supported this good cause.
Thank you to those that made it Sunday and to PW Admin for allowing me to promote both the Fair and Charity.
Some nice people amongst us....
We are very grateful to the collectors, shooters and traders that donated to our Prostate Charity fund. A great joint effort that raised a total of£2593.07Thank you
Thanks to the generosity of another airgun collector, there will now be 2 stalls offering items for sale on behalf of Prostate Cancer.
Just to add none of the items will be offered until after 09:30, so as to give everyone a chance to grab a bargain.
For me, it was seeing happy people out in the sun with smiles on there faces. For the traders, some reported record takings. Most are returning on 6th June.
The weather can make or break these events, we were lucky...
Very slow with this update sorry. Macmillan Cancer received a total of £1600.
Thank you to those that donated and hope to see you in the Spring
Stay Safe.
Our hobby gets some bad press at times, but fellow collectors and traders at the Fair helped raise £1,600 as of today. On behalf of Macmillan CancerThank You.
