I attach it to the barrel on my PCP’s but on a mini tripod for my springers. As long as you have some space in front of the end of the barrel it seems to work fine. I checked it with the Skan chrono I have and it was within a couple of FPS.

I have one, great chrono, have it linked to my iPad and phone.

AA Fields in heavy 18gr and normal 16gr grouped best in my AA510 Xtra.

We had our bungalow roof replaced this summer, don't know what the square footage is, but it's a three bedroomed. Full strip, new felt (bit like a thin cloth), batens and tiles with velux in the back. Repair to one of the roof beams as well. Total cost £7000 including £800 for scaffolding.

I also work the same shift pattern, 12 hour shifts, no problems on the last night turn around. The last day shift stay up late, up at lunch next day, then back to bed from 3pm to 5pm, then off to work on the first night, back home at 08:30am, straight to bed until lunch, then up for an hour then back to bed until 5pm. Do the second night shift and back home at 08:30am, straight to bed and up at 1pm. Chill out in the afternoon and go to bed as normal.

Looks like they were checking quite a few, maybe they were having a slow night. Did not ask them why, looked to me like they were checking their records.

Received a phone call from an Armed Response Unit last night. He asked if I would mind them coming to check my guns and security. They turned up about half an hour later, very pleasant and in a fully marked 4x4 wearing all their body armour. Checked my guns and cabinet, pity they did not take my certificates in for the address change I have been waiting 16 months for.

I used to get mine from Morrisons in Clevelys before I subscibed.

Been riding mine to work all winter, interesting on the icy roads . All my rides are fun rides, not been on a day off ride for years.

Love both of mine, one in .177 flavour which is the carbine, I get 55 useful shots, my other is a classic FAC in .22, which has 30 useful shots.

CB250, brand new, killed by a car. GT250, nice two stroke, killed by a car. CB400, silly purple and lime green paintjob. KH250, lovely bike in green. CB900, old school honda with a big silver engine and a cut down marshall pipe. CB900RR, early foxeye blade, fast in the twisties. GSXR1000K1, that was new as well, fastest bike I owned, pity I traded it in. GSX1400, comfy but not as fast. GSXR750WN, streetfighter I built myself with a show winning paintjob, This one I do miss. ZZR1100D, fast bike but brakes not so good. R1200GSA TE, my latest bike, bought last August and delivered shiny and new in September. Not as fast as some of my other bikes, but you know what it's the best bike I have owned. It puts a smile on my face every time I ride it, even in the depths of winter on my commute to work.

I'm starting from 21st 6lbs, got down to 18st 8lbs last year. Hope I can drop some more this year.

On a 12 hour night shift

I'm still waiting for my FEO to visit following my move in April this year, have written two letters and still no show.

Been using the ZZR for the 40 mile round trip to work since the 1st of Jan . It was a very interesting ride home in the high winds the other night

Not a bad choice at all, I went for the 510, because I liked the side lever action on my non FAC version.

I have two S510's, one FAC and the other under 12ft/lbs, never had an issue with either of them. I converted the non FAC one to a superlite stock for the field, the FAC one I ordered with a Superlite stock. The walnut stock on the non FAC was too good to dinged on hunting trips. Don,t just go for one make though, get down to your local RFD and handle as many as you can, try a few out if you can. Most modern PCP'S are far more accurate than the average Joe Bloggs.
