Had the opp may 2012 wasn,t that bad and seems to have cured it, still get the odd twinge after alot of lifting. Got it in the left elbow now thou not to bad at the mo but i know how painfull i gets.Speedy recovery fella

Was thinking about joining a wildfowling club next year if there are XXXX WITS like this around not so sure now ,don,t want me head blown off! They have no respect for their surroundings, quarry or (was gonna say fellow sportsmen but they clearly are not).I think only good could come of them being banned from the club and their F.E.O having a not very polite word in their dumb heads.
