  1. I have an immacculate (ambidextrous) thumbhole stock on my HW 100 PCP Rifle. I would like a same condition Sporter stock. Would anybody like to swop
  2. Can anyone recommend a good, reasonable source of Jeep parts for my '98 Cherokee ? I am looking for a complete sealed clutch hydraulic system (comprising Master and slave cylinders and connecting pipe) Any recommendations would be gratefully received.
  3. I might well be, although I already have a decent pair of Zeiss. Can you give me a serial number for them please ? Best Regards, John..
  4. I have a very good condition 101 Lightweight for sale. These lightweights are getting hard to find now and a good investment. Apart from being good guns to carry all day. the lightweight also has the benefit of having a 3" Chamber for heavier loads if required. The stock is fairly neutral with a very slight cast for a right-handed shooter. Barrels are 27-28" This gun is immaculate (see photos) and comes with a full set of flush chokes and key. Only selling as I need space. £650 The gun was for sale on SOR at an RFD for £750 recently (hence photos) Now £650. Please PM me if interested. Thanks for looking. Attached image(s)
  5. Thanks for your comments, it is a reluctant sale, I do have two other classic Winchesters though. I haven't taken any other photos as these were taken when the gun was up for sale SOR (and put on Guntrader for £750) and I thought they showed it quite well.

  7. I know this gun and it's "mint", anyone who looks at this one won't be dissapointed. I wish I had some spare cash at the moment !
  8. For sale: FN / Browning Bolt Action Rifle in .308 win. Ideal lightweight stalking rifle. Hardly used/like new. Lovely action. Complete with mounts, rings and Edgar Bros Optimate 6 x 42 Scope. Please PM me if you would like photos. Priced to sell at £350 + p+p Contact John on Please note you must have a valid Firearms Certificate suitably endorsed for the applicable calibre before you attempt to purchase any firearm.
  9. I have now taken the Rifle to my local dealer who really wanted to sell it for me SOR. Mainly, it was the time factor and needing the space. If you are interested, I can send you pics by return if you email me and get a substantial discount on the price.
  10. I am reluctantly selling my Mauser .308 lightweight rifle by FN / Browning. The gun has seen very little use. All the blued action, bolt and barrel are mint. Woodwork is like new as well. It has a very lightweight barrel. It has mounts rings and an Edgar Bros Optima 8, 6x42 Scope. The optics could be better, but they work fine. It has a butt pad and recoil is minimal. All in all a lovely quality built rifle priced to sell at £295. No viewer would be dissapointed. PHOTOS AVAILABLE (Dorset)
  11. I'm looking for a reliable small 4x4 for my daughter, must be reliable, tidy and reasonably priced . If you have something please call me on ************. Thanks, John.
  12. Has anyone any ideas where I can find an over and under 12g Slugster ? It needs to have slugster sights, preferably 24" barrels or less, it can be on SGC or FAC providing overall length is legal. Theoretically, an FAC gun would have little value in the UK, most buyers buying a Sec 1 shotgun would want a multi-shot. I have been using a Marocchi 24" over and under with some Tri-optic sights I adapted to fit, but I would like to find a purpose built gun with iron sights if possible. It is for close range Buffalo hunting in South East Asia. I also have Benelli and Browning Autos, but I prefer a over and under for hunting. I know they have been made by Marocchi, Finn, Silma and a few others. If you have any pointers or ideas I would be most grateful. Please PM me.
  13. What can I say ?, Folding 12 Bore by Gardone Gamba, Full choke , barrel super, very tidy. No, I haven't got any pics. Bring me £30 and a SG Cert and take it away. 'Nuff said
  14. I had an S200. It was a brilliant gun. Reliable, accurate, light. The only slight drawback is the reservoir capacity. OK though if you have an air bottle handy. I had the retro-fit magazine and Logun silencer. It all worked very nicely.
  15. You're right. It is a good investment. If I could afford to, I would keep it for that reason, if not the pleasure of owning a high class English gun. As I said it is a "reluctant" sale. Thanks for your comments.
  16. I might put it in a local RFD on SOR, where they have a good market for this quality gun.
  17. If your looking for a 12 bore Greener GP (Martini Action), I doubt you'd find a tidier one than this. It has 30" barrel, 70mm chamber and full choke. It "does everything it says on the box" For sale at £140. Please PM me if you are interested and thaks for looking.
  18. I am reluctantly selling my best English gun, a Wm. Anson of Steelhouse Lane, Birmingham (of Anson and Deeley -inventors of the Boxlock fame when they were with Westley Richards) 12 bore boxlock ejector. It is circa 1924, has 30" barrels, 2 3/4" chambers, half and full chokes. The gun has been professionally re-sleeved,so the barrels like the rest of the gun are immaculate. The wood is a fine figured walnut as far as I know. It has an original "silvers" butt pad. This gun is most elegant. I will try and get some photos and post on here to do the gun justice. I am asking £1295 for it which is very reasonable cosidering it's quality and condition. Please PM me if you are interested. Thanks for reading.
  19. The last contributor to this thread - Reado is my learned friend who cleverly adapted the pistol grip rear stock to fit with help from spare parts from his Harley ! By the way, two foxes were shot that afternoon.
  20. This might annoy, but here goes, I bought the gun for £295 and spent £80 on the furniture. The Benellis are really nice though. It shoots slug beautifully. That one I have is one of an original batch imported through Heckler & Koch and given the Armalon conversion for the SAS. If I was buying new, I would probably buy a Benelli too. Paulus on the right shoots a Beretta Extrema 2 in Realtree. A similar, later Benelli M3
  21. That's mine, a Benelli M1. Originally an ex-SAS Armalon conversion, 11 shot, 20" Barrel + 4" compensator. I still have the original woodwork, but bought the factory pistol grip and forend from Mick Shepherd in Dartford for a very reasonable price.
  22. The Dorset Fox Anihilation Squad were back by popular demand last Saturday. An all star line up of Jonno, Reado and Paulus. And yes, in the rear you can see special guest star, Bob Neal MEP !
