  1. Blimey, I was only offering an opinion, not encouraging anything. i must come and try some of these refereed stands with my 25 inch skb sxs for some fun then. I dislike long barrels but then I rarely shoot clays except at the small venues I host myself. Steve.
  2. Thank you. a positive comment is always welcome. Steve.
  3. What a fantastic piece of kit. Loading problem down to whip. Put 16 pellets through same hole at 15 metres.. Better than my hw100 and rat ready. Go get em. Steve

  5. Gone for the nuclear option, - got a mate coming round to have a look who knows more about these things ?? what could possibly go wrong. Alternatively revert to rimmie, should be fun in a concrete barn ! Steve.

  13. Just thought to share a couple of pics of my two 20 bore side by sides. The Winchester is pigeon grade and Webley 720 is Italian . According to the Fausti sisters, made by them. Steel proofed as well. The Winchester needs a clean I know, Shooting it yesterday. Steve.
  14. Not sure if it helps but I think they were all 3 inch/76mm chambered. Steve.
  15. Hello Red 696, Slightly at a tangent, back in the day when I was involved in the gubbings of internals, I recall being told that the Laurona trigger system, being 1 that acts as a single trigger also, was a pig to work on. Obviously that relates to a double trigger gun. As a dinosaur, you probably have a more modern design. I would leave as is and just remember to push first. "The safety was on" causes much merriment in the season and a few relieved birds. Steve.
  16. I watched it last night. I was going DO IT MAN.. DO IT. Then he could be arrested , imprisoned , tar and feathered, h..g dra.. and quart....., aaaargh Doctor Doctor.....
