I lost my Dad to the same illness last Saturday My heart really go out to you, Laugh,at the good times that you had, and cherish Your memories That is one thing this awful disease, can't take away from us And I hope like me, these will get you though the next few weeks Am so sorry for your lost x

I seem to get most birds in my garden from woodpeckers to owls the most common seems to be the finches, who will empty all four of my feeders within an hour of them being topped up I've even had a cockoo once, The bird that don't seem to come into the garden are sparrows I also notice early November a lot of young birds still sitting on my table and being fed Can't really choose a Favourite, as I could sit for hours and watch them all I've put two nesting boxes up this year, so fingers crossed xxxxSuzy

That is so true, Out of all my presents, it is my Dolls house & Rocking horse that Dad made for me, I remember the most The Dolls house was the double of my home, furniture everything when you think of the hours he must have put into it, Your going to have one very happy little boy, which will make you Christmas to, enjoy the moment xxxxSuzy

Like most children we always put a plate of food for Father Christmas and some carrots for his reindeer I did the same with my boys and like my dad did with us Leave a few crumbs and a thank note My boys are all grown up now But it's still something I do, silly I know but Christmas wouldn't be Christmas if I didn't leave old Santa a bite to eat And funny enough it's always gone by morning But I have a feeling that's more to do with a 21 year old coming home with the munchies, after a night on the beer Then some old fat man breaking into my house, because I make such wonderful mince pies!!! Hi thanks for the link some of the reviews are a bit off putting But am guessing for what it do their will always be a few hiccups How do you find the whole set up? I see one of the main problems was the screen reading is this a problem they all have? xxxxSuzy

Not only do I take poo bags when we go for a walk now I also take tissues and wet ones just in case I have to mop down an unexpected Rambler who just happen to have gotten into the range of fire ! Its his cuteness that saves him ;0) XxxxSuzy

I lost a baby 20 years ago it do get easy as the time go by but you never forget It was a week before Christmas, so every year I hold a little thought and in my mind I set a place at the table please don't be strong just show what your feeling I know everyone around me thought it was best to be strong so I felt I had to be strong to and just carry on it wasn't untill the feb that it hit me and it hit me hard, like you I was lucky that I already had a son and it was him that got me though those dark days it was also him that made me know that I didn't fail as a mother so please sit down together and share your feelings I know have a 17 year old son, I have two lovely boys but in my heart I will always set that place at the table for the ones that isn't here Take care xxxxSuzy

At this very moment I should be sitting in front of a consultant As I was leaving the house this morning I got a phone call to say my appointment has been cancelled and that they will send me a new one in the next few weeks I really don't know weather to laugh, cry or scream This is not the first time I've been messed about I've had four days off work now which have been a waste of my time and theirs because they have messed up with scans Since April I have not done a full month of work, I have days where I can hardly walk and just want to sleep am having to have blood test once a month, I can't plan anything as I don't know from one day to the next what I am going to be like the last few months my whole life has changed. And today was the day I was hoping they would give me the Answers to it all instead I've now got to wait again for appointment to drop though my door believe me am not one to moan and as someone who has worked in the NHS I do understand and have seen with my own eyes what great work they do but at this moment in time I feel very low and let down by the whole service Sorry for the moan xxxxSuzy

Its when you take some clients out, and you get mistaken as their daughter and not their Granddaughter anymore that hurts!!!! When I get mistaken for the wife, will be the day I shell hang up my high heels let the grey hair show, and mourn for my lost youth xxxSuzy
