I have found a part for my ancient Parker Hale shotgun in the USA. The company won't ship outside USA. I have tried a parcel forwarding company but they won't handle gun parts. Can a non certificate holder bring a top lever back to the UK? (legally). It's the only place I have been able to find the top lever. Be nice to get the old gun working again.

I have a Parker Hale o/u 12g shotgun which I have owned for over 30 years. The top lever broke around 10 years ago and I had been unable to find a replacement.... until now. (I hope). I was lead to believe the gun is a 700 series and was basically a rebranded Franchi Falconet. It would now seen it may be a rebranded Franchi 201, whatever one of those is and Numrich in the states has a top lever for sale. Any one heard of the Franchi 201 and have any info on it?
