I've had many aftermarket chokes in the past with great results shooting Big shot. Now I shoot the trusty O/U.. 1/2 and 1/4 factory chokes and get on just Aswell.

Newest Beretta auto on the market is the A300 Extrema. Either in Black synthetic or Max 4. 3 1/2" Optima HP barrel & chokes & a unbadged blink gas system. Selling for about 1100 New.

A300 Extrema or Maxus i shoot both with no complaints.

I use 3/4 and 1/2 in the O/U for everything exept Wildfowling as i use a Auto

Picked one up saturday. Shot 16 crows yesterday on a flightline. Great tools

400 pellets in and loving it..

TX200HC .177 Walnut. Better quality then the weirauch and in the right hands more accurate.

After abit of advice on oil to use on a walnut stock.. it's straight from the factory and has lovely shape and grain but looks very dry and unfinished.. thinking of Boiled Linseed mixed with Red Root Oil 50/50 mix... Thoughts? Thanks

So after abit of research online between the HW97KT and TX200HC I decided to bite the pellet and get the TX and head down to my local Gun Dealer.. no .177's on the gun rack so I asked if there was any new boxed not on the rack.. they had a brand new one in yesterday so I took a look and unboxed her.. she was the one. Lovely walnut figured wood and deep blueing just what I was after. Opted for a Nikko Sterling AO MM scope and 3 different brands of pellets to try. Owned a TX in .22 a few years ago but part x'd it in for a Shotgun. The time had come to get another Air Rifle and I'm glad with my decision

Yeah sure are, the 36g 3's are a great duck load, very punchy!

What's your favourite Steel loads? Mine are: Super Steel 32g 4's Mammoth 36g 1's Lightning steel 36g 1's and 3's Mammoth 42g 1's Winchester drylok 44g 1's

Squirrel numbers are up in my area this year. i have shot 40 in the past 3 outings. still many more to shoot! Nice bag, and good shooting!
