  8. have no experiance of this rifle, but have heard similar stories and turned out to be not enough pressure in the filling bottle. as far as im aware the rifle should be cocked but high pressure is needed to fill it from completley empty hope this might help if not do you have a manual? does it have a fault finding section. atb aga man
  9. a fenn trap used in a tunnel box as described works well, but make sure birds etc cant get in and use the box against a wall. if you bait the plate they love peanut butter. otherwise sit and wait with an air rifle.

  12. hello jorge, the gamebore clear pigeon cycle well through the hatsan and generally have enough clout for highish crows and pigeons they are 70mm case and 30g no6 usually 50 to 55 quid for 250. there may be cheaper versions locally to you but try to keep to 70mm length cases. atb aga man
  13. suprised no one has mentioned gamebore super game [green cases}, very consistent and reliable IMO 32 gms of 5 or 6. agree with anser2 though, they probably all do the same job. if your happy with a particular shell its usually best to stick with it.
  14. hope your not waiting for certificate too long. edited for spelling.
  15. despite having plenty of permissions with recently drilled peas and beans, the pigeons are showing no interest. we decided to a drive and look at the rape which is mostly in flower and unshootable. we noticed that a tree at the bottom of a fifty acre field we have been shooting was full of pigeons. on closer inspection the rape there was very short an well grazed. although rabbits are present theres not big numbers.despite bright sunshine and 6 mph sw wind. we decided to set up under the tree as we have done throughout the winter. after setting up the hide, we put out two magnets with dead birds and three on floaters. within minutes the birds were coming in. although the bag is quite modest by some standards on here, we were very pleased and had an enjoyable afternoon with a steady stream of birds. we started at 1pm and finished at 5, with 50 birds shot and 48 picked. we have taken bags of 30 and 40 regularly from this hide during the winter and still they come.[we been myself and pw member Tan}. the damage to the rape can be seen in the picture.
  16. good starting point mate, would tell if its the gun or scope at fault.
  17. as already said can you try another scope on the gun or the scope on another gun and go from there.
