    Not having a 4x4 or trailer ( not an option right now) . I’m thinking of building something like the below picture to get around some of my permission. 

    Yes I understand, it would struggle in the winter and in some areas. But as I mainly shoot on golf courses now, this should do the job nicely. 
     
    The plan will be to use an electric motor for power. Should perfect for night shooting and cleaner to transport. 

    I’m thinking of either transforming a mobility scooter or using a small quad bike frame. 
     

    Has anyone either made one?

    Does anyone have a spare NV scope or add on they aren’t using and want to part with. 

    Budget demands - needs to be under £100 😞 

    any brand or condition considered. I’m in Northampton but happy to travel if you don’t want to post. 

    I'm wanting to use my .22lr for some rabbits and give the .17hmr a break and ideally i dont want to swap scopes.

    I have always had duck shooting on my bucket list and wanted to see if it would be possible this season. 
     

    I mainly do pest control and not too fussed about spending £££’s on game shoots. Never really interested me. 

    but duck shooting is something I am keen to do. 

    does anyone one have any opportunities where I would be able to come along with them? I’m happy to pay 

    im based in Northampton but happy to travel. I have SGC and own gun

    I was extremely lucky to have been given this from a PW Member, as I no longer need it, I would now  like to also give this away. 

    Built very solid…and a little heavy :) 

    works as should just need a battery and the cradles

    This has been all extremely helpful. 

    I am currently waiting to see what the agreed the budget is for me, which will help me inform my decision. 

    Reading between the lines and the 10 hours a week they would like me on site/course - I believe the pay should cover my costs and some. 

    I will update here once I know more

    Apologies if this is in the wrong section. 
     

    looking for advice, 

    I shoot on a golf course that have a problem with rabbits, so much so they have offered to pay me to shoot more regularly (more than happy about that) 

    My question is, has anyone else been in this situation and what have they had to do about being paid ? ( new insurance, ltd company, tax, ect.) 

    the dream would be that this would be enough to cover ammo, maybe a little towards a new NV scope 

    I will be keeping my day job so, I think the tax will make it pretty pointless. 
     

    Any advice would be helpful

    Went out yesterday morning with the .17hmr, 1 head shot and down.  80 yards away so no problem. 

    but everything else stayed on the lake even after the first shot they only moved about 10 yards. As it’s a golf course no birds can be left on the water (Wouldn’t be my preference either) and I have to be gone by 7am. So this is my next problem…
