Ide be surprised if anyone with any sense will give you a torque setting for anything "wood". Too soft a stuff. I mean if the stock was pine you couldn't use the same torque setting for a walnut one When you say it's not accepting any air,can you be a bit more specific. Is it charging via the probe,air going in but not firing? Charging bit not showing on guage? Charging but when bleeding from the hose is it loosing all its air?

From a gunsmiths point of view I like them. They make me money to help pay for Gogo juice for my bike. Having fixed a few I got asked by a local range owner about them as hire guns. I advised him agents them. Main faults were leaking inlets and the cocking bolts loosening and snapping. He took no notice. He bought 3. Within a fortnight all 3 had failed on multiple occasions with the faults I had warned him about. Oh well. Some people just won't listen.

Me being a collector of webley's didn't actually know the classic was made by hatsan. I did know the recent stuff was Kral. Suppose it makes sense. I mean they have Rebadged German,Chinese and even Korean guns in the past just a pitty there no longer British. Well got 95% of the British stuf and now I'm a good halfway through the rest so ill keep going till I get the lot

hey glad to help just so everyone knows it got a full stripe/service inc reg and new reg washers there was quite a few crispy/cracked seals in there cleaned/bits polished,relubed and resealed reg took a bit of setting back up,it had to come back out 4 or 5 times and half a tank of air later it was done

aye stu's still open repaired a couple of guns for him a bit back,plus spoke to him yesterday mind you he can talk for england

ive been working on a few stocks of late,but yes checkering always ends up darker its because the wood there is rough and it darkens really easy the stock would be the same if you only used say 240 grade but i find when sanding walnut or any tight grained hardwood the finer the paper you use,say up to and above 1500 grade you can actually polish the wood with it pic of one of mine,beech,black stain and truoil(sprayed)

as above plus bbs arent very accurate,you might find youself getting flustered the more you miss

im 14 miles north of newcastle,i collect localish or courier in using parcelforce48 serviced in excess of 1000 pcps over the last 9 years,ive done most guns on the market,even some for gun shops but generally do the harder,rarer stuff. ive a mill/lathe and if i cant then ive mates who will make stuff for me.
