For Sale
Beretta S682 Skeet
12G
O/U
28″ Barrels
Fixed Chokes
70mm Chambers
Ejector
Single Trigger
Manual Safety
LOP @14″
Very Good ConditionWhen I was 18 my father bought me my Beretta 682 Sporting, and it has shot thousands of rounds, at everything from game to Olympic trap. When I lost my father I thought I’d add a S682 Skeet as I already owned the S682 x trap, it took me months to source this and no doubt paid to much. But it is as tight as when new and it appears to have done no work unlike my Sporting. The trap gun has sold and th3 Skeet has gone unused, as I managed 100 straight with my sporting really seems no need to own this fine shotgun, from a period when Beretta made quality shotguns to last a lifetime
£650 o.n.o

Apologies, it wasn't my intent to pry into your personal circumstances. Its just I'd have given my (metaphorical) right arm to have some of my familys old guns.
Anyway, the condition it looks to be in is a testament to the previous owners - I hope it gets the same care and brings the same joy to its new one's.
If you were a bit closer, and my cabinet wasn't overflowing with side by sides, I'd be sorely tempted.
Absolutely no offence taken, your comment was very reasonable I just thought I’d be totally transparent, the gun is worth so much more. However clearly it isn’t otherwise it would sold. Sadly the only true value is the point when a buyer and seller agree. I have one more .410 that is a bit different to sell. But only if this SxS finds a new home first.

I am selling, for a number of reasons. 1 A recent personal health scare frightened my wife on what to do with my guns if or when I depart this mortal coil. 2 I was brought up shooting o/u and SxS I find totally alien. 3 it’s too lovely to deactivate. 4 I am lucky to own a family hammer gun which I wouldn’t part with so I still retaining a connection to Dad and Grandfather. 5 l have nothing against shooting game etc but I no longer want to shoot anything other than clays.
That said I agree, it is a piece of local history especially with the original receipt, and evidence of why English engineering was once so great

For Sale - £195.00 o.n.o
My late fathers C.S.Rosson 12g sxs Boxlock Non Ejector
Very good condition
Comes with original sales receipt from 17.1.58 from Norwich outlet of C.S.Rosson & Co Ltd Gun and Cartridge Makers £63/15/0 which I think is amazing
I’m lucky to have had an A4 sheet of the guns background
Highlights
Gun actually made by gunmaker Charles Hellis & Son which is not surprising as Charles Hellis & Son in 1950 bought C S Rosson after the death of Charles Stanley Rosson during January that year, gun was built in 1952
There was a mistake made in the serial numbering of this gun with two guns given the same number and the other has been given an extra A to differentiate between the two
It has 2.3/4” chambers, 28” barrels weight 7lb 2oz proofed for 1.1/4 ounce loadsThis is a right handed shotgun
Stock length is 14 1/2”
I have no way of measuring chokes but I would imagine Dad would have had 1/4 and 1/2 or something similar
the barrels are clean and shiny no pitting. My late father drilled into me the luxury of owning a shotgun and the need to look after them
I would consider Air Gun or Air Pistol as part exchange on this ( no FAC no precharged)

I love it. It’s a very well made and compares well to my Brocock version which sadly has to live in a steel cabinet due to the draconian rules of the UK. Only selling as it’s a duplicate. I bought it new when on holiday in error
Put on a Stetson, a Sheriff badge and rain helL on a fizzy can (Safely)
Much fun to be had. It’s just nice to own and display

Thanks but it’s not any of them, it’s an Air Pistol .177 powered by a CO2 canister
if that’s not allowed please remove

ASG Schofield 6″ Revolver Black | Aged Wood Effect Grips .177 Pellet Air Pistol
The Schofield revolver is an American Wild West style classic pistol which dates as far back as 1870 and has now been perfectly captured in this airgun replica from ASG!
The Model 3 revolver the first standard-issue cartridge-firing revolver in US service. In 1875, the US Ordnance Board granted Smith & Wesson a contract to outfit the military with Model 3 revolvers incorporating the design improvements of Major George W. Schofield (known as the “Schofield revolver”), providing that they could make the revolvers fire the .45 Colt (AKA “.45Long Colt”) ammunition already in use by the US military.
Featuring a full metal construction for a heavy and solid weight just as the real thing, and a full working action, this pistol is perfect for any shooters who are a fan of the wild west style, as well as collectors. This pistol is not just a display piece though as it shoots as good as it looks thanks to ASGs excellent internals.
The pistol is powered by a single 12g capsule to provide around 50 shots per each cylinder which, and is easily changed using to tool provided. The capsule is hidden in the grip so from the outside you can’t tell its there.
The rotating cylinder holds 6 individual shells which in the case of this pistol holds the pellets before that are fired down the smooth bore barrel towards the target. This pistol is finished in the Aged Black look with wood effect grips, and a Steel Grey with White Grips is also available.
