  1. Currently have a K5 GSXR 600 that I've had since 2006 it still looks showroom fresh and always bring a smile when I'm out on it. That pic was taken last year just heading down to Devils Bridge.

Absolutely fantastic series was Ozark, I've just started with Griselda seems ok as well. I can recommend Fargo, I'm on to series 5 now 👍

+1 for Surfshark have it on firestick and mobile and also find it very easy to use
  5. I've not watched the programme but this was apparently quoted after. "Channel 4 ended the programme with a message for anyone who might not have realised it was satire. The voiceover on the credits told viewers 'for more satire, go to Brass Eye on Channel 4', just in case anyone was still not seeing the point of the sendup by the end of the seemingly alarming programme. But the show was obviously a send up to shine a light on the extent of the cost of living crisis, as well as deliver a message about something needing to be done - before such a logical extreme could ever risk becoming a reality, and viewers who caught the message beneath it applauded the show."

  7. The comments made under the article are absolutely disgraceful !!
  8. It really is all relative to what you want to produce. Heavy structural work is MIG al the way as is car bodies, general light/med fabs etc but if you working on thin sheet, intricate items or stainless steel then it's TIG. You will need gas and regulators, filler wires of one description or another for both. As you will be aware MIG is a LOT easier than TIG but the finished weld is not as neat !!
  9. I had to wait 6 weeks for the Dr to fill out my form but sent it 13 April got a txt from Lanc's Police on 19 April letting me know they'd received it and just checked and the cheque has been cashed today so hopefully on the home run now !! Never had an issue dealing with the Lanc's licensing dept. in the last 10 yrs
  10. My surgery charged me £ 40.00 up front but I'm still waiting for it to be returned 3 weeks later !!

  12. Thanks for pointing this out !! I'd printed the renewal pack but not even noticed the co-occupants form.
  13. Thank you, I've already printed the pack out but that is very good advice regarding the price and delivery I'd not thought of that.
  14. Thanks for the advice, I'll wait for the renewal letter, although I didn't get one last time, but if not I'll get cracking in April just in case.
  15. Good morning folks, Just after a bit of advice regarding my renewal that's due in July, I'm with Lanc's constabulary and need to provide a completed medical form, I'm just wondering how previous can the medical form be sent to the doctors as I'm keen to get the ball rolling and get it in to the quacks before he decides to charge more than the £ 40 that's payable at the moment plus I like to be ahead when it comes to things like this. Many thanks in advance.
  16. Check the switch/trigger has two spade connectors and I wouldn't be surprised if the white one is not connected. But a cheap MB25 torch is not expensive to replace.
  17. they did but it was immediately taxed as profit so in truth only received £ 8100 to support them, better than nothing I suppose
  18. Can highly recommend Entwistle in Pilling, quality work at a good price

  20. Just bought some of the ceramic sealant from him and the finish is superb, highly recommend.
  21. " Khan, 28, from Stafford, shouted "Allahu Akbar" at him as he approached. The officer added: "At that point I thought, 'That's it, I'm not going home to see my family or my friends either.'" WS5 pulled bystander Darryn Frost off Khan before two colleagues fired a Taser and two shots, striking Khan as he tried to get up. He added: "I remember in disbelief he kind of sat up, which threw me and us all - how he's still moving around and sitting up? "I remember taking various shots. I looked through my sight, it went to his forehead. "He (Khan) put his hand to his head in disbelief and so I went for central body mass." They did right, I could not give a toss if they put 40 in him as long as all 40 were in the cretin, like he said he didn't think he was going to see his family again.
  22. Landlady of my local suggested putting a full pack of Werther's into a bottle of vodka, apparently it's superb
