  1. I bought a lovely hand made leather Tan wallet from himself and his wife, around 2 years ago, and it's still going strong and looks great!! I'm trying to get hold of Him/Her , As a close friend is retiring, and has always liked my one-off wallet. And I said I'd sort him one from the same source as I got mine. Just a HUGE Presumption on my part.... Hope you folks can help. Posted elsewhere. Cheers.
  2. Thanks for the advice. 👍
  3. I ended up going with Bilt Hamber tinned wax in the end. Contains lots of Carnauba wax. Not cheap, but cracking stuff! Cheers folks.👍
  4. Thank you Ditchman. Much appreciated! Jam1e Cheers Archi !
  5. Hi folks, I have a second car, but over time, as you can imagine, using it for shooting it cops a few scratches. I can get them out ok with different methods, but my old liquid Auto Glym polish isn't cutting it. I'm after anyone's knowledge about a polish they use that is a thick hardish wax in a tub with an applicator. The stuff we used to use before liquids came along. I'm after a good quality one which won't come after a couple of showers. I'm aware of "ceramic coatings", and have some. It's good quality polish I'm after. Please could you let me know If you use a good brand and it's name. Cheers. Jam1e. Also asked elsewhere.
  6. As above, hardly used, in mint condition. I will upload the real pictures today. One of the pilots is a Hornady, but fits fine. Fitted with case collet #1 All adds up to around £270 new. I'm looking for £150 for the lot posted. Advertised elsewhere. https://www.brownells.co.uk/FORSTER-CASE-TRIMMER https://www.brownells.co.uk/3-IN-1-CASE-MOUTH-CUTTER-with-243-Pilot-for-6mm-FORSTER-749009541 https://www.brownells.co.uk/CASE-TRIMMER-PILOT-Trimmer-Pilot-410-Bullet-Diameter-FORSTER-41-Caliber-410-412-749000358
  7. As above, this spotting scope is new and unused, and only mounted for the pictures. It comes with the small tripod, but not the large tripod I use for my Chrono. Having tried it when taking the pictures, it is crystal clear. I've never used it as I've always used my scope instead. It is a Celestron C70 Mini Mak with a 70mm lense. And a magnification from X25 to X75. With markings of X25 X55 and X75. There is also an adapter you can fit to give you a wider field of view as per the instructions, however, I have never tried it or fitted it. I bought this new 2 years ago for £150, And as it is new and unused with box and instructions, I'm after £110 posted. Also advertised elsewhere Shop Info - Celestron C70 Mini Mak Spotting Scope Celestron C70 is offering portability as well as versatility of a whole new level, or if you are interested in a product which you think should have both these (portability and versatility). Built-in zoom eyepiece capable of 75x magnification. Maksutov-Cassegrain optical design with multi-coated optics to maintain high contrast and eliminate flair. Pictures are at the very bottom. Apologies.
  8. I've made a huge balls up with my new Frankford Arsenal "Case Trim and Prep Centre" I cut the USA plug of it and check which colour went where. After putting a UK plug on it, I turned it on, and had the magic smoke filled the room. After this I looked on the bottom and is said it can only be used with 120 volts and 1.3 amps. What a fool I feel..... Anyway.... I've removed the burnt out AC motor and wiring. I intend on using another motor, but a DC motor type and lithium Ion batteries. As the motor shaft is fine, I intend to use it. And as I build and fly RC aeroplanes I'll still be able to use it with a brushed or non brushed motors. Which I have a lot of. What I need is a 2" long piece of alloy bar stock, Or something similar, like brass that is around 15mm in diameter. I need a 6mm hole drilled into the one end around 1" deep that will slide over the drive shaft and the other end also drilled 1" deep for the motor shaft, But the motor shaft needs to only be drilled out by 3 mm wide so it will slide over the motor shaft. I then need both ends of the alloy to be drilled and tapped 3mm on the side, in order to use an M3 bolt to secure the motor shaft to the drive shaft of the 2" bar stock. Just to point out the the bar stock can be wider and longer if needs be, I hope that makes sense?? Obviously I will pay for you time. Hears hoping!! Cheers Chaz. Also help request on another site
  9. What area do you live in Pippy and how much do you want for the press? Cheers. Jamie.
  10. As above I'm after a 4 or 5 turret press. Lee, or other brand, Thanks.
  11. Thanks for the info, and nice job regarding the adapter. Cheers Chaz
  12. Hi folks, although I own several case trimmers, I do like my Forster with the Chamfer and De-bur head on it. The only issue I have nowadays, is due to my disabilities..... I find it hard and painful to hand crank continuously if I have say 50 pieces of brass to do. I have all sorts of bits lay around in my garage, so I could easily knock out an attachment to the trimmer handle then a bit of flexible pipe to a small cordless screwdriver i have. The only thing I could do with is the size of the shaft thread, once the handle is unscrewed off. I think it may be 9/16 by 24. But I would really appreciate it if somebody could confirm this, or tell me what the thread pitch is? Constructive advice appreciated. Cheers. Help requested on another forum. Looking for confirmation....
  13. Hi peeps. GEN 6 Compact powder thrower, Any good? Does anyone else use one, and if so what do you think about them? Going on the price, are they that much better than a Hornady Lock-N-Load Auto Charge. Any constructive advice appreciated... Cheers. J.
  14. Very nice! Good luck with the sale. J.
  15. Similar to me Magman. Tikka T3 1 in 8 twist, 25.1 grains of Viht N135 with a Hornady 55 V-Max. Around 3200 fps and very accurate. Although recently I have been messing about with the 53 V-Max and Vhit N133, BL-C 2. BL-C 2 seems to be the better but its a pain to measure out compared to Vhit..
