We went out lamping tonight, the weather was foul wind rain and snow. Only got one hour in cause the fuel light came on (knew i should have filled up in town) but given the bad conditions the boys did really well. Sorry about the foto. :*) :blink: :blink:

My sons new gun is a Hornet multishot, he loves it . has anyone else got one? Heres a photo of tonights bag.

I thought i would try out my new camera for this one, after seeing the results i should have used the old one! :*) there are 11 bunnies here all taken from the land rover. my eldest son snagged his nuts on two fences retrieving these, and now only wants to shoot where there are no barbed wire fences. What a whimp.

Hi Guys Can anyone tell me how the BSA Hornet multishot is loaded please. Does the rear plunger just needs to be pushed forwards to load a pellet or would it need to be pulled back then pushed in?

Yes its an AirArms S200 .177 which took arond half of the bunnies.

My son has the AA S200 with the magazine conversion in .177. Its a great litle gun, we do a lot of shooting from a land rover and its much easier to handle than my Superten and its every bit as accurate. We fill it with a divers bottle, this is very fast and of great benifit given that you get around 70 shots from the S200 :yp: :yp:

Acupells give me the best grouping with my superten. Test different brands of pellet, cheaper ones are not consistent you might be supprised at the difference between them. I also use a pellet lube,It does make a difference, my groupings with this are 10mm at 40 yards and 25mm without lube at 40 yards. I have two bottles a small one in steel that gives 250 shots and a 400cc aluminium one that gives 350, but I always lose count of the number of shots and change bottles regularly.

Paid £850 for mine at Country way West Malling Kent. Have you tried one with a 66 gram load? Have you also checked out the price of the 3 1/2" cartridges? I now feel that a 3" magnum would have done me just as well, and they are cheaper. :*)

I also work in a college in south essex where any student access to sites containing the word gun or shooting is denied, as soon as a student tries to log on they receive a message saying they are being monitored.

Has anyone had any experience of the Baikal MP153, It looks promising in the adverts and is cheep for a 3 1/2" chambered gun. :yp:
