I live in a static caravan permanently and never get any moisture in the cabinet at all not saying we don’t get it in the static but the gun cabinet is moisture free and as been for the last 18 years. Cabinet is lying down on its back on a carpet and the inside side of cabinet is lined with 10mm of moisture barrier sheeting the sides and what would be the top/bottom nothing else in there only the guns and if one gets wet I thoroughly dry it before putting back in cabinet

I would try to find out why it’s getting damp could be coming through the wall if it is you will need to put some sort of moisture barrier between it and the wall somebody will be a long shortly to tell you what to do

And copy of your firearms and shot ticket and your marriage certificate if you’re married might as well go the hole hog

Cleaning up last week disturbed a nest bloody things had me four fxxxxxx times one on thumb two on neck and one on chin it cost them dearly my mate the pest controller sorted them out

I lost two today’s back in 20/21 season due to lack off birds shoot was cancelled all together last season 21/22 owner phoned telling me reason and offered me a full refund or if I left it I could have extra day this year for free I spoke to him last week asking what days he had for me with out mentioning the day he promised gave me two days then said I owe one day gave that date I said thank you very much now can I have four more days as you hadn’t forgotten that one I don’t think I would have taken the four days if he hadn’t remembered that he owed me one.

Thats ok in small villages but not when there are pavements and street lights can you imagine the bumps that are going to happen going from a 40mph down to 20mph there is one place up here that’s 30 mph and nearly two miles long with lights and pavement both sides of the road so why drop down to 20 it’s ruddy rude stupid.
