  1. Hi Oldy, thats very kind but probably to far. Thank you for the offer. Good idea, I don't have a regular shop but will do some asking about Morning Ferret, I defiantly think a springer would work and probably would be my preference to borrow to keep it simple
  2. Hello all, Strange request I appreciate that, but you never get without asking. Had a call from a family member where I am heading for the easter break that she has a lot of rabbits in their garden, whilst they live rurally they're in a collection of barn conversation in a walled garden setting so close neighbours but all spread out. While I have a SGC and FAC the correct tool for the job would be an air rifle. If anyone in Hampshire would be open to lending a zero'd Air rifle in return for some beer tokens for between Good Friday and Bank holiday Monday I would be very grateful. It doesn't have to be a fancy pcp but scoped as I would join it with my Pard Nv007 to shoot at night and not disrupt neighbours/ easter fun. I hold SGC/FAC/DSC1 and BASC (not needed for air rifles but shows i'm not a wally). I live in Southampton and they're in the South downs / West Sussex. Happy to collect and talk it through etc. Thank you, Charlie

  9. Hi All, Im currently thinking of putting a UK sporting holiday together for myself and a friend. I wanted to ask other members about their memorable or exciting trips. Whether its unusual species, methods or locations Id love to hear it all! So please feel free to share your stories, at the moment i'm thinking of welsh feral goats and maybe some fishing. For context were both young and fit with fac, dsc1, sgl etc etc so interested in a challenge too. Lets hear some great stories and Ideas. Thanks CB
  10. Thanks dave, so more rectangular and have all the birds on their backs? Walker, would you mean don't have the birds overhanging the body as they could fall and be runover. Or don't attach anything along the side (Like a single rail).
  11. Wonder what hounds they use in Pakistan
  12. Hello Chaps/ Chapettes, This season we will be increasing the number of birds on our shoot to roughly 40-50 birds a day. I want to see everyones solution to carrying birds? We have access to a Utv and a quad but the only trailer that we have available is used for towing the beaters/equipment etc. I was thinking of welding a metal A Frame with 3 tier cross beams to sit behind the cab of the UTV. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks in advance
